Outstanding customer service. I bought a Fala electric heated towel rail. We put it up 3 months after purchase when we discovered the fixings were missing. I contacted customer service who replied immediately and sent out replacement fixings on a next day delivery. I can highly recommend this company.

Really good guys I ordered a radiator from onbuy via these guys and it was absolutely fine albeit I got sent a wrong part and they corrected it very quickly with efficiency. Thank you for a great experience I would definitely use this organisation again!
