Delivery to Northern Ireland took approx 1 week. Packaging was poor and damaged but plinth heater inside seems ok. Probably more down to the courier than the company - Heat and Things. Never got any confirmation emails for purchase or delivery but all good in the end. Only given 4 stars for reasons above.

Thanks for your review and feedback, Peter. In terms of the packaging we may need to review the courier companies that we use for shipping outside of the UK mainland to ensure that our products always arrive in great condition so I'll alert our warehouse to this. With regards to the confirmation emails, you should receive one as soon as your order is placed and a further one when it's despatched. Sometimes these end up in spam or junk folders but I'll ensure that our developers take a look to be on the safe side.

Great customer service
Great customer service. Emailed them direct to ask a few questions about one of their radiators, and got a reply back same day. Ordered 9 of them in total and they arrived about 3 days later - great service. They further emailed some technical pdf's for fitting, and the radiators came very well packaged and bubble wrapped. So far so good.
