David was a rockstar, fixed our boiler issue and pleasant to speak with.

Very impressed by this company and the problem solving approach to an issue we have had with our boiler that 3 different companies have failed to solve. David and his colleagues successfully located the issue and we now have a system I can trust to work. Highly recommend this service due to them actually knowing what they are doing!!

Marvellous service from Heatfix and Craig the engineer at a difficult time of year. Having waited all day for a local plumber to attend on two separate occasions only for him not to turn up this was a real breath of fresh air. The local guy told us we needed a new boiler, we didn't. Professional repair carried out by Craig. All staff were polite and helpful.

These guys are fantastic. Our hot water stopped working on Xmas day and we put a call in on Boxing day. Dean arrived at 8.20am the following day (on a bank holiday!) and quickly got our hot water working again. Fantastic service and Dean was brilliant. I can't praise them enough.

They responded quickly to a problem. The engineer who came out was very pleasant and explained what the issues were. He then fixed the problems and left the area clean and tidy.
I would have no hesitation in using them again.

Ross was excellent, faultless, in every way.

HOWEVER I was very frustrated in being given a 8am - 6pm slot, especially as in the event I was last on the list, and Ross did not come until c 4.25pm. So I had to wait for over 8 hours!

I completely understand that the day's work is unpredicatable, especially in times of big demand. But other firms are able to tell you what number you are in the queue, and which number the engineer is currenlty at. Why can't HeatFix do something comparable?

5 stars for everything, really. The admin staff were polite, patient and helpful. Alun, the engineer did a great job. I couldn't use my heating and Alun listened carefully and was keen to get going. He was very efficient, concentrating on the job and resolving the problem. He was very polite and helpful, explaining what he had done in a way I could understand and he gave me good advice about various queries. He also reset my complicated timer for me. Very happy customer.

After a period of low temperatures it was difficult to find a boiler engineer. I accessed HeatFix through the Local Hero’s app. I was contacted before the appointment to say they were on their way. After ice was cleared and the boiler running the engineer went to their next call. When ice built up again I contacted the engineer and he came back after the call he was working on. Great service from Gary who worked through the problem and got the problem fixed- very much appreciated as he was aware of the position I found myself in at this time of the year

Had a phone call the day after my email and an engineer (Dean) the same day to fix problem. Excellent and courteous service

I've had cover with this company for 4 years and they always provide excellent, friendly service from office staff to engineers. It was a particularly busy week due to freezing temperatures so it took a couple of days to contact them, but this was very unusual.

Excellent Service
Had a problem with boiler cutting out and thermostat not working. Call was dealt with promptly and engineer arrived quickly. The fault was fixed by Ross (I think) lovely guy. Who checked everything to make sure all was working. Would definitely recommend

Eng Ross arrived 1 hour after I called to book appointment .. I had no heating due to frozen pipe , Ross sorted this and got my house nice and warm again .. also advised what to do to prevent this happening again .. thoroughly pleasant lad, a credit to the company

When other companies are struggling to get an engineer out, Heatfix called us back quickly and we had an engineer out by that afternoon. The problem was fixed and everything is working again

Engineer phoned in advance and gave me a time which was very useful. He arrived promptly, put on protective shoes, dealt with my 3 x radiator problem quickly and efficiently . Give me very good advice on being energy efficient including basic information on how the Central Heating System works including how to increase heat to the coldest room. He was open friendly and provided a first class service. Thank you

Very poor service -6 degrees and a vulnerable adult 80years of age left without heating on Tuesday 13th December.

A huge thank you for great emergency professional service in when our boiler failed and sprung a leak. Despite me not being a previous client Craig literally jumped in to rescue our heating when it was needed most (-5c tonight). Totally professional. HeatFix deserve their reputation. It will need a return visit to complete works but I’ve finally found heating engineers to keep. Thanks again.

Excellent customer care throughout. All staff very helpful and was impressed when I received a callback in response to a missed call I had made. Delighted I did not have to talk to an automated service.
Gary the engineer was prompt, helpful and efficient.

David worked fast and was very professional, Heather from the office team was great as well. Always a pleasure, 10/10 recommend

This review would have been 5 stars but due to the operator not putting forward information to the engineer properly, it is 4. The engineer (Brian I think) was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and fixed the problem straight away. Would recommend.
