I used Helium10 for a few years. Some of the features i paid for didn't work and the development team take forever to sort it out in my experience. I moved to another provider which is very comparable and cheaper. Happy I made the change and I suspect from the reviews that many people have done this.

Terrible customer experience. Refuses to refund the basic plan when I buy the premium plan on the same day.

If you go to the pricing page, you'll see the starter plan is $39, and the platinum plan is $65 as of this day of writing.

I bought the started plan at $39. Then 5 minutes later, decided to upgrade as the starer wasn't enough, and upgraded to the Platinum plan. Expecting a $26 charge as would be normal in SaaS (the difference between the two plans).

Instead, they charged me the full $65 on top of the $39 I had already spent. Then when I reached out to support they told me the $65 would apply next month.

Shameless misrepresentation.

I had previously canceled my Helium 10 subscription, yet months later, this fraudulent company silently charged $99 USD from my saved credit card without my consent or authorization.

I contacted customer support multiple times, but they never replied. This company keeps users’ card information and then charges money months later without notice this is highly unethical and deceptive behavior.

Do NOT buy this software or store your card details with them after cancellation, they may silently charge your account long after you stop using the service.

I paid for the Starter plan ($39) and was completely disappointed. You can’t really do anything with it — most tools are locked, and it’s basically just a limited demo version. It only lets you see the interface, not actually use it. To do any real Amazon research, you have to upgrade to Premium, otherwise it’s a waste of money. I’m leaving this so others don’t fall into the same trap. The Starter plan is useless if you want real results.

Helium 10 has everything I need to research, analyze, and manage my Amazon business. The tools are accurate, user-friendly, and constantly improving. It saves me hours of work every week. Highly recommended for any serious seller!

Due to a link in their emails, my subscription restarted on 2 different accounts resulting in 2x 100usd per month subscription. When I emailed support they only wanted to give back about 15usd. I said I disagreed and then offered to give 70usd in credit. I disagreed again and then they offered to refund 100usd. Shitty service to need to disagree 3 times before you actually get money back they were not allowed to take in the first place. Can't recommend.

I’ve been a Helium 10 customer for years, but my recent experience has completely soured my view of the company.

I missed my subscription cancellation by less than 3 hours and requested a refund. Instead of applying common sense and showing goodwill to a long-standing customer, Helium 10 hid behind rigid policy and flatly refused. The only “solutions” offered were useless credits I don’t want or a transfer to another account I don’t have.

I understand policies when someone misses by days or weeks, but refusing to refund someone who made a small mistake by literally a few hours is outrageous. It shows zero regard for loyalty or fairness.

This experience has left a sour taste and destroyed my trust in Helium 10 as a company. If this is how they treat their customers, I cannot recommend them and will be taking my business elsewhere.

I cancelled my Helium10 subscription but kept getting charged because of extra add-ons I had no idea weren’t included in the cancellation. It's ridiculous that cancelling your main plan doesn't automatically stop the add-on charges. Watch out for this if you're thinking of using it.

I wish I could rate this a 0. No option to cancel my subscription the option is just greyed out. I contact support and they tell me to wait 24 hrs. I wait no actions have been taken forcing me to now re order a new bank card. complete bs 0/10 experience.

Bought their $47/month booster pack and additional credits weren't given. Now I am paying this monthly with no deadline for when this will be fixed.

I’ve been using Helium 10 for the past year, initially drawn in by a compelling sales pitch. I committed to a premium plan at $1,800/month, expecting top-tier service—especially with the Manage Refund Service and the Concierge support.

Unfortunately, the experience with these premium features was disappointing. The Manage Refund Service often opened cases but failed to follow up, resulting in over $10,000 in missed reimbursements. Despite repeatedly raising these concerns with my assigned contact (included as part of the premium package), there was no resolution—the communication was ineffective, and support was largely unhelpful.

On the bright side, the core functionalities of Helium 10—especially keyword research and competitor analysis—are quite strong and continue to deliver value. Recognizing this, I renewed my subscription but wisely adjusted my plan, reducing costs by 90%, and now focus solely on the tools that genuinely provide ROI.

In short, Helium 10 offers solid research tools, but the high-priced add-ons and Concierge services did not meet expectations. If you're considering the platform, I recommend sticking with the core features and being cautious about upsells that promise more than they deliver.

Helium is the worst company I have ever used, if you want to pay for services that do not work, only speak to Virtual Bots and then remote customer service agents that are as useless as bots with NO access to speaking to a HUMAN then choose Helium, be careful when you tick their terms and conditions as after 7 days you give away any rights to a refund.

They were able to promptly take and solve my case and consult, they were very polite and even offered more than 1 option. Both teams that attended me worked very well.

Helium 10 is a fraud and scam! They created a non-existent fake email and duplicated your bank card to repeat charge customers. If you question them, they will say you did it, and you can not cancel a fake account with your card because you do not have access! They even asked for your copy of ID! Baster! Stay away from them and report them to the regulators and police! Block them from your bank and order a new card! These companies should be taken down!!!

I subscribed to Helium 10 but haven't used it for over 6 months. Recently I was charged €99 for automatic renewal. I contacted support immediately to ask for a refund.

Unfortunately, they refused, citing their terms. I understand rules, but charging without usage and refusing a refund is not fair. They offered only credits, which I don’t need. I’m unemployed and this money is critical for me.

This was a bad customer experience. I expected understanding, not formality. Be careful with automatic renewal – they don’t even send a reminder.

I do NOT recommend this service unless you are using it daily.

Really disappointed with how unclear the refund rules are. They said it was easy to cancel, 7 day trial, on my 6th day I cancelled and now after 10 days I saw that there's still no refund, I pinged them in the chat and they said that the refund before 7 days only happens if I reach out to customer support, it doesn't work if I just press cancel on my subscription. Like, why is that button even there there? This is MISLEADING and unethical!

They still say "as a gesture of our goodwill and commitment to your satisfaction, we offer to refund the unused portion of your last payment.". ZERO goodwill, they're being super dishonest and have the nerve of telling me about goodwill!
