Expensive rubbish
Spent over £4000 on a heritage bathroom about 2 years ago thinking it was quality. All I can say is I wish I had bought it from Burlington instead. The toilet seat hinge screw's keep coming out after only a few months - in hindsight I should have requested a replacement straight away. The freestanding bath support feet dig into the bath damaging the surface. The toilet cistern is such an odd dd shape that the flush handle has to twist at a weird angle it keeps coming loose. All in all a load of rubbish. You would get better quality with a cheap 500 quid suite from B & Q.

Corrosion of metal bar and hinges
We are on our second toilet seat as the first one started to corrode. To be clear this toilet is in a small WC which is used infrequently.
It was replaced free of charge and has now started to corrode again. We will change product now to something that will last. Wouldn’t recommend!

Help in finding a replacement cistern
I needed help in finding a replacement cistern for our Heritage toilet, I couldn’t find the part number so rang Heritage and spoke to a very helpful gentleman who forwarded the details I needed plus where I could order it from. The merchant in Epsom was extremely helpful and within two days I had a replacement cistern. I would recommend them for their professionalism.
