Never been more disappointed with anything we have ever purchased than with the full bathroom suite of Heritage Bathrooms products that we chose for our refurbishment.

The products barely last the warranty period and stand no chance of lasting 20 plus years like they should. Spend your money on other better quality brands and it’s a much better investment.

We have spent close to £5,000 on a Heritage bathroom and most items are corroding and failing already. It’s unbelievable how poor the quality it. If you pay for cheap stuff you expect it but when investing large amounts on money in what should be quality gear it should not fail so quickly.

Terrible. We won’t make the same expensive mistake again. Gutted but hopefully we can help others avoid the same issues.

Excellent response to my warranty claim. Having fitted out two bathrooms completely with Heritage products, just under five years later two taps failed. Within 24 hours of calling them and speaking to a very helpful, nice and professional person, I received replacements with no quibble. I've given four stars rather than five just because it's a shame that two relatively expensive high quality taps failed after only five years, and also the warranty for the new replacements ends when the original warranty for the original taps ends rather than starting again. But certainly I couldn't fault the service I've received, and all the other Heritage products in our bathrooms are excellent.

We had been searching for very specific sizes of sanitary ware for a bathroom renovation project. A number of suppliers were unable to provide anything more than the outline dimensions (which are generally adequate) often, we were told, because the items are made ‘overseas’. Having identified a Heritage range as potentially suitable we followed their website link to ‘technical’, asked our relevant questions and waited. We received a knowledgeable response the same day and further correspondence was responded to in a similarly timely fashion enabling us to make prompt decisions. The following day we placed our order for Heritage sanitary ware with our local supplier. Another job off the list. Great service - Many Thanks Heritage!

I required spare parts for "Heritage Dawlish Basin Taps" which I was quoted for almost 5 years ago. I had no other information to hand. Within 1 week, the required parts were sorted and received. It was just 1st. class service with no hassle all done by "E" mail.

Good company to deal with and good quality products.

Heritage replied to my initial enquiry promptly. They contacted me within 24 hours with all the information required to enable me to order the necessary part.

I love my mirror it is the perfect match for the new bathroom

Absolutely livid , spent thousands doing my toilet bought the best heritage , the black seat has been replaced twice in a space of three months , not the third one has gone extremely poor quality , screws come away from lid which is made of mdf pay all that money , and it’s mdf .. screws are so tiny the barely grip the lid ..
Atm I only have the lid the seat fell off completely last week , absolute rubbish ..
The chrome hinges are pitted I’ve complained to shop who said they will contact heritage again ..
Absolute joke this will be third toilet seat in as many months all same problem screws come out and the wholes in lid are blistered ..
We even bought all the gold fittings for our en-suite shower etc and that gold hinges lid has done same thing absolutely load of expensive rubbish had a roka seat before thy lasted 15 years no problems at all but heritage well looks great but cheap rubbish at expensive price!!!

Fantastic customer support when dealing with repairs/replacements for a shower product that is no longer available.

Very good service, quality products however the parts supplied were not correct, the hot tap fitting was not supplied only 2 cold tap fittings.
The plumber was already here and we had a non working hot water tap so to get it working used the cold water fitting in the hot tap now the tap opens the wrong way.

We put our original heritage bathroom in 15 years ago. The products then were very good. We have just had the same heritage bathroom refitted after a leak. We ordered new sink and bath taps. The design has changed, not the same quality as the old taps. The bath taps dimensions in the heritage brochure are different dimensions to what you get.

Also, we ordered heritage radiator valves. They were not as described, nothing like the image in the 2021 Heritage bathroom brochure. They were plastic tops, which were scratched. Different size and shape. The quality was very poor indeed. I ended up buying a lovely chrome pair which cost me £23 online. Much better quality than the cheap ones from Heritage. Very misleading and misselling.

We need a new Heritage toilet seat but will be looking elsewhere. We replaced our white toilet seat 3 times when we replaced it a couple of years ago. It split about a month after each purchase.

Also, I send the bath waste I bought to replace the old one. We sent it back as the quality was awful.

Poor quality products will never buy Heritage products ever again.

Heritage please update your brochure and all the images of the radiator valves on other sites because they are not what you get.

I do not recommend Heritage.

This stuff looks really good when first installed but the 2 year warranty really means their products have a 2 year lifespan. Virtually everything we purchased is not fit for purpose 2 years down the line - the mirror that was meant to be suitable for bathrooms is all damaged by moisture, the coating on the black toilet seat is so thin the white is now showing through (and this is a replacement toilet seat because the first had the same issue!), the seat does not attach properly to the pan and the hinges are cracked and corroded; I could go on. 'Gotcha capitalism' at its finest. They're not interested in hearing about major faults, their response is simply 'it's out of warranty'. My advice would be to avoid this company like the plague.

Very pleased with the product's we purchased from Heritage.

Ordered wash basin and toilet with seat from local supplier (who are excellent). Toilet cistern found to have no rear wall mount holes although quality checked? Rang heritage who didn't believe me and wanted photos etc. So asked local supplier who dealt and ordered new one no question. This meant extra days without bathroom. Toilet seat very poor quality. MDF seat hinge screw missing on unpacking. Replace from supplier screws again fell out and wood around hinge disintegrated. (had to use own larger screws and super glue hinge to seat to be able to use whilst awaiting replacement). Now on third seat so will see. Small screws, mdf not solid wood and hinges not bonded to seat. No wonder it falls apart. Not worth the money (£85 for an mdf seat). Don't think I will use Heritage (Bristan) again. 😬

I bought a house with a recently fitted heritage bathroom. The toilet seat is already chipping as well as the bathroom unit. Really poor cheap quality goods. If you are looking to buy a new bathroom, save your money and buy somewhere else

I recently needed to replace a couple of parts for my basin taps. Very helpful technical advisor and as taps were still under warranty required parts were received just a few days after initial telephone call. Just one problem though. Sealing O ring no longer available even though taps are still current models!!!

Review : Heritage white ash seat, not self closing. Blaming myself partly for not complaining as soon as the veneer slightly lifted but after three years this seat has deteriorated rapidly in the last few months. All around the seat the bottom edge join has lifted revealing the green core. It is cleaned regularly but with organic spray cleaner not abrasive caustic cleaner. The join on the lid is also all separating. This is not a cheap seat at over £100 and regardless of the 2yr warranty such defects are unacceptable. Bristan who owns Heritable are uninterested and simply say out of warranty buy a new one. Bought a Burlington WC at the same time for a different room with same usage intensity, no problems with that one!
