We contacted Heritage as our toilet seat hinge snapped. As it was still within the 2 year guarantee period we followed their procedure and emailed copies of our Plumber's Invoice showing the purchase date, together with photographs of the broken hinge. We received a replacement seat without any problems. Thank you.

We had new bathrooms installed two years ago. We didn't scrimp and chose Heritage as they looked good and felt like quality. How wrong I was. The bath/shower tap leaks. The toilet seat has bubbled and comes off regularly. We have already replaced the main shower head and now the handheld element of the shower has broken despite minimal use (as it's pretty poor anyway). So disappointed as it was a treat to ourselves and I wish I hadn't bothered.

We are on our second Heritage loo seat which was supplied with the correct new toilet, it’s a soft close seat and lid. After less than two months it broke as the screws came away splintering the seat and it was correctly installed by a plumber and correctly used. It was replaced very efficiently but once again within 8 weeks the same thing has happened and the screws were rusty when we received the second seat. We’ve spent more money on installation than the seat itself.

I was helped with the identity of the part I required by sending pictures of my shower enclosure and the part that was broken. Heritage support contacted me with the part reference and I was able to order this to be delivered - it arrived and was the part required, although I just needed a small part from the door runner to retain the glass door.

We have two bathrooms fitted out with Heritage sanitary ware and taps.
On the advice of our plumber.
He was correct.
Quality in depth.
Only downside is we have a drip after only a few months.
Had to pa6 for replacement valves as couldn’t find purchase receipt.

I had a rare problem with a Heritage toilet seat which developed a large crack. I contacted them regarding their guarantee and the matter was dealt with swiftly, courteously and efficiently . The lady I spoke to was friendly and could not have been more helpful. At her suggestion we emailed a photo and the replacement seat arrived 2 days later. We have had another Heritage toilet seat for many years and rate them very highly. After the swift and stress free resolution of this issue now even more so.

We needed a new mixer tap for the shower and Heritage had one in stock.It was sent to us straightaway. There was a fault with it and Heritage arranged to have it picked up with no bother and when they received more in stock,we reordered it. Delivery was fast and was no problems with the new one.I found the staff very helpful and willing to sort out our problem with no squabble.

After receiving appalling service from Victorian Plumbing with several shoddy items being delivered we decided to "upgrade" to a Heritage bath. Sadly we have just attempted to fit it and the tap holes are not straight which means you cannot securely fit the taps and the edges of the bath are bowed so they will not sit flat on the support batten around the wall which the installation guide instructs. We have been in touch with Heritage as we cannot face having to deal with Victorian Plumbing again and due to Victorian Plumbing invoicing us incorrectly and although we have given proof of purchase via the emails between us and VP Heritage are refusing to honour the guarantee without the correct invoice which as we have explained is impossible to get. We are now left with a defective £400 bath and no help from the people who manufactured it. Sounds like a very convenient way of not honouring a guarantee.

Never order any product that is not in stock. Delivery dates ridiculously misleading. 5 month’s now waiting for a bathroom radiator and yet another email putting it back to August. Never again.

I’ve needed to contact Heritage a few times to discuss the specifications of a few of their products. Their response to e mails has been timely and helpful and their customer service and technical staff have been very helpful.

Purchased one self close oak WC seat to initially replace an older manual version and to ensure the size was correct. This fitted and subsequently ordered 3 further replacements for the other bathrooms as they are all Heritage units and probably 20 years old. Unfortunately, the seat for the original order developed a crack in the frame. Contacted Heritage and provided them with a copy of the order and photos. All replaced and new item sent to me by courier. Excellent service (and none of this irrelevant stuff from other suppliers/manuafacturers/agents about we don't have sufficient staff and you'll have to wait given the impact of lockdown and Covid 19 (which has been with us for a year)!). That's the way to do it!
