On arrival, met at the door, shown to waiting room - called in on exact time - on test - very easy to follow instructions, patience, explanations very good and thorough de-brief with assessor.

Friendly and prompt service at a new premises in the heart of Cambridge. Lovely helpful receptionist and my audiologist and I have built up a very good working relationship to address my changing hearing needs. I would usually stay with the NHS for my hearing needs, but having been an Audika customer for three or four years now, I will be staying with them.

I was happy to be reassured my hearing aides from Ampilphon will remain insured after this merge with your company. I did not realise this situation until my original app for Ampilphon ceased to work. This was very concerning not to be notified. I did not then recognize the spam phone numbers ringing my mobile phone number which I refuse to answer. Attending my appointment was very valuable having the same professional whom I knew to explain everything to me.
Professionalism High and reassuring she is to support me through this check up. I chose this location as it was near to where I live so I consider this lucky to not have to travel far now as I am a OAP otherwise I would found this extremly difficult.

Lucy at Audika Solihull is fantastic in every way. This was my first hearing test and I was a little apprehensive but I left feeling as if I’d been through a proper, thorough, process, all of which was explained clearly, and some clear recommendations for me to consider.

Wax removal.
This was my third time when I used the Summertown centre to have the wax removed, and as on previous occasions I'd found everyone there very helpful and nice. Siobhan especially has been the most helpful and kind person. She explained everything upfront and made the entire process as good and safe as possible. She has a lot of patience and a very calm and smiley approach, so I will definitely go back there when necessary.

I would like to thank Carina at Audica, Templars Square, Cowley for the thorough and tenacious way she patiently solved the problems with my hearing. Many modifications were made and road tested over months, she explained what was happening very clearly and pleasantly and never became discouraged even though I was almost ready to give up. The many trips to Cowley were well worth it!

Had my annual yearly checkup with Ben at Audika Plymouth.

Ben put me at my ease straightaway. Tested my ears with audiology test. Gentle and thorough. Ben is a true professional.

Showed me the best to look after and check my hearing aids. No deterioration I am pleased to hear.
