The tab went off while i was watching…
The tab went off while i was watching youtube sent it to get repair. The quotation is 275 pounds while i bought it on 270 with keyboard and stuff. Contacted them no specific fault by asking them twice no mention at all they literally saying just give us the money we will get it repair. Very disappointed a shitty company

Bought honor 9 10.1 tablet from argos returned for refund as gps wasn’t compatible with garmin boating app. Main reason for buying. Also no sd expansion port. Bought Samsung 9 fe in the end as ip68 and tested ok.
Honor mobile phones are a nightmare…
Honor mobile phones are a nightmare when you have an issue. I bought a Honor V2 from a second hand store, and it now has an issue. It won't turn on properly, spoke to Honor and even though it's still under warranty I cant get it fixed as I don't have the original receipt. So anyone buying a used Honor device or more Chinese phones remember, if you don't have original receipt you have no warranty.
I'm going to stick with Apple as they don't do this nonsense. It's the phone that's covered not the person who owns it. So my Honor should have been fixed but usual any excuse to get out of fixing it!
If there was a negative star I would…
If there was a negative star I would give it -5. I sent a tablet for usb c port repair and the repair center sbe sent me a bubble lined envelope to send the tablet. I didn’t send it straight away as I thought the method was inadequate to protect the tablet. After reassurance from customer support I sent the tablet for postal repair. SBE received the tablet and after a 5 days says the repair is out of warranty as tablet is bent. Honor customer support took a month to tell me the same after asking me for photos. If I had know they needed photos I would photograph it on all four edges, keep it on a table to show it is not bent.I had the device in protective cover and was not damaged except the usb c charging port which became defective.Their postal repair service is a total sham. Your devices can get damaged and they will not cover it. I am very disappointed with Honor. If you want Honor products do so without warranty or third party as their own repair center is a total sham.
Bought a magic V3 flip
Bought a magic V3 flip. Awful experience. It had a black hole appear then a green line run from it. Just after 3 weeks.
I sent it back under warranty and they said it was not covered. They offered to repair it for £789.
Never use them, ever

Absolutely disgraceful company
Absolutely disgraceful company. I bought a Magic v3 for £1400. The protective case cracked within weeks.
I asked them to replace it. It took 6 weeks for Honor to reply saying it was a free gift and not under warranty. I held my ground only to be told that as it was glued to the phone (it isn't), it cannot be replaced.
Eventually they offered a £50 voucher for their store that had to be used within a month. They don't sell cases, so not sure what I was expected to use it for.
Still no resolution after three months.

Bought an HONOR X6b phone from Amazon and so far so good no problems with it. All good at present
I nearly didn't buy a Honor MagicPad2…
I nearly didn't buy a Honor MagicPad2 tablet after reading the reviews on this site. It was recommended in Computer Active at £499. I bought direct from Honor at £399 with free gifts of pen and keyboard. I placed the order on 13 January 2025 and it arrived on 15 January 2025. Postage was included in the price. The keyboard and pen were included in the package.
To date all the items work perfectly. I am impressed with the display and the sound.
At £399 I took a chance and it has paid off, so far then 5 stars.

Phone became slow after 2 days of using. I don't recommend its pretty shit and drives me nuts
So many issues
So many issues, camera not working properly, when it charges it bounces an error message continually over the screen, says phone has screen saver but where it tells you where to go on phone to set it up doesn't exist. Have been told it setting shouldn't say it is there as it's not on this version. It's a glitch. Ended having to buy another new phone within 2 months back f having it. Would not have one again

Everybody says it's the best so I got one a month on turning it on it started asking for passwords no matter what I did it would not do anything even Google password settings did not work got to be honest i lost my temper took it outside and stamped on the screen which cracked and broke in half.got to be honest the best thing I ever did blood pressure lowered went back to laptop a happy bunny 🐇 what a relief never again honor rubbish maybe I'm too old but there was way too much security I dint need it 74 own nothing why should I worry about keeping things I no Safe i only use them to buy stuff anyway they are rubbish and you cannot turn security off I feel better now leave future for young people

Wanted a basic cheapish phone
Wanted a basic cheapish phone, this was perfect. Until 32 days after purchase. The phone is now useless, won't charge even though charge sign is on. Had to purchase a replacement phone different company. Waste of hard earned money.
The customer service is terrible
The customer service is terrible, at least in UK, operators English is poor, they have learned a few phrases and they can't discuss anything else further also understanding is a big issue. Spent on Saturday 8.02.2025 a few hours in total trying to reach someone over the phone or chat, no luck at all. Horrible!
I bought an Honor Magic 7 Pro and the…
I bought an Honor Magic 7 Pro and the phone came with a problem so I took it back and returned it to Honor to replace it with a new phone. Since last week I have been receiving emails every day asking for my address, my phone number, my order number and they never stop with this joke and today I received emails twice asking if I sent just the phone or the phone with something else together, this is becoming ridiculous. I paid for the phone in cash without any payment and this people is playing this joke with people via email. I want my new phone urgently and compensation for these damages I have suffered.
Honor Scam
Honor provided the worst after-sales experience. First, they only have a third-party service center. Second, they sold me an outdated Honor Pad 8 with the word "new" on it—nothing is new about Android 12 in 2024. When I bought the device, they dropped security updates support only 9 months later. The tablet's screen suddenly developed grey lines, and when I went to get it fixed, the service center ruined the device. They only offered a replacement and gave me a non-TDRA authorized tablet, which is a scam. They will only run and not respond to you. Avoid Honor at all costs!
Honor 90 lite 100mp camera twin sim
Honor 90 lite 100mp camera, & twin sim, advertised as a global phone... rubbish.
Wont work in Australia as its hardware is LTE, & needs to be VoLTE to work on Australia's network which is 4 & 5g. Its not something you can change , its either in the hardware or it isn't, soon it wont work in New Zealand as they dropping 3g for 4 & 5g. There are other countries it wont work in also. I spoke to Honor who were not interested in refunding me. Dont deal with this company
