Honor didn't send Gifts with order
I bought Magicpad 2 on 2nd November. At that time there was offer for free Magic Pencil 3 and Magic Keyboard with it. My order was placed for tablet and keyboard only. Magic Pencil was skipped. Upon asking the support they told me it was out of stock so they dropped it from the order. I asked them to send the pencil back as it is in stock and they refused. Honor didn't honor there commitment to me. I'm highly disappointed as a customer.
Honor x8 disaster
I have Honor X8. It is certanly the worst smartphone I have ever had. Display is soooooo bad, registering wrong letters, some letters you almost can't even use - it's a chalemge to wrie anything. Slow and full of bugs, camera has some kind of AI enhancement you can't turn off and it makes pictures look awful. I hate this phone from the bottom of my heart, I am writing this post as a last thing I will do with this phone before litteraly smashing it to pieces, thank god this torture is over and I got myself a Samsung. Avoid Honor at all cost, unless you want to be stuck with this trash for a year.

I have tried to return an item within a couple of days of recieving it. The returns form and process seemed good until DHL turned up to collect it and there is no shipping label.
Honor were supposed to issue one but hadn't and despite several emails and calls I cannot get any sense from customer services and still have NO returns label.
I've had to open a dispute with PayPal as I'm getting absolutely nowhere.
I wish I had come here before placing an order, it would have saved me this hassle.

Absolutely shit with all the forced permissions you have to allow and constant tracking nonsense. You can't use simple notes without them demanding access to everything, even your mic and camera. Apps that has been closed still run in background and the back of phone is so easily broken. Regret buying this
Bought Honor x8a phone
Bought Honor x8a phone, from Argos in January 2024. Was working great then just went black at the end of November 2024. Tried to reboot and charge the phone, as it was still under warranty, I contacted Honor and sent it off in December, the phone was returned today stating that the device status had liquid ingress. My phone was always in its cover, never left near water, I did not even sit it on the table next to me incase of accidental spillage. I do not have children coming into my house so I know no one accidently spilled liquid on it. I am extremely angry as I do not have the money to waste on phones. So if you have or decide to buy any Honor phone and you get a problem, water ingress will probably be to blame.
Terrible customer service
So disappointed, as so many others are. Placed an order for a magicpad2 with next day delivery. It's been a nearly a week now, and there is no sign of it being shipped. All customer service will say is it's being "taking from storage - will be delivered in next few days". Exactly same message on Monday and Thursday. Online chat cut me off when I tried to get more details on this.

Non Existent Customer Service
The after sales Customer Service Team for Honor are absolutely useless! Not only do they not reply to emails, they fob you off on the phone when you ask them basic questions. Why send me DHL return postage slips if no one from DHL comes to collect my return (this happened on two separate occasions)..?Why tell me that you will escalate my complaint and that I will be contacted, for no one to contact me? It has been three weeks since I initiated the return of the item I purchased, yet I have not received my refund. Truly shambolic.

good phones - terrible customer service
I like the Honor 200 Pro, had the Honor 20 and lasted me 5 good years so I do like the hardware.
However their customer support is non existent. You email support, they never reply. The chat is hell. They simply don't know anything, and plus as soon as you reload the page the chat expires. God forbid you wait 30 seconds to answer the chat - they just hang up on you and you have to start all over again...
I booked a return and they never picked it up. TERRIBLE.

Never buy there, useless support which one just ignoring requests, they embezzled my funds 1800+ eur.

Bought Honor 200
The phone is alright haven't used it much yet but I had a issue from day 1 not with the phone but with using my phone number to register with Honor ID.. verification sms not coming through.. I'm able to receive them from every other company except Honor. No fix online either.
But yeah the phone is good. Camera is very good.
Battery charges in an hour and lasts almost all day depending on what you're doing of course.
Honor aren't owned by Huawei anymore and you can see the affect of that by how dull the OS is.. even the Honor Market is dull and terrible compared to the PlayStore..

Not even worth 1 Star. I ordered and paid for some items and never received any. After endless emails where they changed their story constantly they finally agreed to refund me, but not for the shipping fee, even though they could not prove that they ever sent the items. A quick way to make money. Never again.

The magic pad 2 was so good it convinced me to write this review .had problem with the payment and had my money back the next day. Only positive experiences.
**Appalling Customer Service and Return Process**
I am extremely disappointed with the service from Honor and DHL regarding my recent purchase and return of a Magic Pad 2, Pen, and adapter.
I initially returned all three items via DHL, but they were sent back due to battery concerns with the unopened earbuds. Despite following instructions from both Honor and DHL, the earbuds were returned multiple times, with damaged packaging and one earbud missing after the third attempt.
Honor's customer service was unhelpful and inconsistent. Advisors provided conflicting information and failed to resolve the issue, resulting in significant inconvenience and frustration. The environmental and financial costs of this debacle far outweigh the value of the item.
I have lost faith in Honor and DHL, and I will be turning to their competitors for future purchases. I strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing from Honor or using DHL's services
Nice Phones Very Poor Customer Support
The Magic V3 is a nice phone but if Honor don't improve their customer service in the UK and around Europe forget global sales outside China. If they don't improve here in the UK I won't stay with Honor next phone change, great phones need great customer support. When I contacted Honor UK they forward enquiries to Honor China who send their reply back to Honor UK then to me which results in misinterpretation and incorrect answers.
