    For an amateur on a finance app

    For an amateur on a finance app, trying to navigate through the isa rules etc, I think the HL are friendly but need to not be in so much of a rush to talk through the information. Found out myself that you can transfer from stocks and shares isa to cash isa without utilising any yearly limits. However by opening a fixed isa , you need to open a cash isa with £1 using this years limit, doesn’t make sense.

To complete a transfer from an HL Stocks & Shares ISA to a Cash ISA, the Cash ISA needs to be opened with a minimum of £1 into an Easy Access or Limited Access savings product. This ensures the transfer completes correctly and the funds are deposited smoothly.

    Not only my account fees increased…

    Not only my account fees increased significantly since March, but I also can’t login second time in a few days. Time to move to better platforms.

    ISA transfer adventure delayed by ID check

    I found the whole experience of the ID procedure extremely stressful although my daughter tells me it's normal these days. Your staff were at all times, very helpful and patient with a panicky pensioner! I was also offered some helpful information about other issues. The experience was over a couple of weeks not one day.

    It is great to speak to a real person…

    It is great to speak to a real person and I appreciate that there is a cost associated with that but its really important. I was asking about the fees I get charged and the lady I spoke to was very helpful and informative. I didn't give it 5 stars as I think she gave me incorrect inforamtion about teh fees on LISAs

    Very patient & helpful

    Having had a bad experience in the past when trying to sell shares with HL, I can’t praise them enough. I am elderly but with the help from Briony, I was able to open a Stocks & Shares ISA online. She could not have been more patient.

    Great Experience

    I signed up to HL a few years ago to manage my savings. The experience has been excellent. Once set up it is really easy to open new accounts and transfer money to get the best rates as they come up. the customer help team are also very good. What is not to like
