    Excellent customer service.

    I am not the best with computers and on-line business, but the help and service I received from Harry Jackson last Wednesday with my stock and share ISA was first class. His patience with me was brilliant, his middle name must be JOB! (from the Bible) Give the man a bonus!!

    Great service

    The customer service has always been exceptional. Each member of staff I have spoken to personally have been knowledgeable, helpful and offered great assistance, when required.

    Patient People

    HL Bed and ISA Share Exchange scheme. MARVELOUS

    I requested, on line, the evening before to exchange some of share holding in a Fund & Share Account to move to Stocks & Shares account. The transaction was done very efficiently very soon after noon the next day. I was very impressed and so pleased that the online instruction had proceeded smoothly, without problems and difficulties, I thoroughly recommend HL's bed and ISA exchange service, HL's efficiency and the charge for this exchange.

    Had need to contact for clarification of the P&O share change from query . Always polite staff and due to his limited knowledge on the subject I was put through to the correct department without delay . My query resolved quickly .

    Cash ISA hell.

    My wife and I had money sitting in our account with HL that we wanted to move to cash ISA'S. I, very mistakenly as it turned out, thought a simple phone call would suffice. Oh no, many hours later, after attempting to jump through a multitude of hoops, which for a novice OAP computer user, became exceedingly tedious I gave up. One call to my Building Society and they did what HL should have done.
    After this experience I am going to give very careful consideration as to whether we stay with HL.
