Crap light, but excellent service
The product i ordered was concrete with a rough finish - i expected this, but one of three lights had been taken out of the box prior to shipping and wasn't replaced with the admittedly feable supplier's protection (a plastic bag). Therefore, it arrived damaged around the circumference. Holloways replaced quickly without quibble. Exceptional service from them for a not brilliant product. Can't fault Holloways for this.

Waited 10 days for delivery slot and they cancelled that on the day!
Waited 10 days for delivery slot. The delivery company then cancelled delivery at last minute without notice. Took 3 phone calls chasing HoL for update before getting the delivery company to rearrange the delivery. Awful customer service.

Pleased with this company - would use again
I’m so pleased with this company. Even though a glass shade was damaged during transit, their customer service team turned a problem into a great experience.
They were quick to reply and sorted out my refund right away. I love the lampshades I kept and really appreciate the support!

Outstanding design shop
Outstanding design shop. I purchased a set of salt and pepper grinders and I absolutely adore them. I went back to buy a beautiful, unique fruit tray and tala lamps. There are some truly great heirloom pieces here.
