While our driver was not required to assist beyond a standard drop-off, we understand there may have been some miscommunication. We’re pleased to hear that the team were ultimately able to help with bringing the item into your home and removing the packaging for you at no additional cost.

In the past I have purchased Danish design lamps (PH Louis Poulsen) in Denmark. After returning home to the UK, I wanted a PH80 for my redesigned living area. I was very pleased to find the offered lamp for a reasonable price (given that it is authentic Danish design, so expensive by nature). The website was easy to navigate, and the order process went flawlessly. I received my lamp within a week (with the Easter holiday inbetween). The lamp was in perfect condition, having been packed by the manufacturer, including the certificate of authenticity. Over the moon and happy to have my new lamp.

Crap light, but excellent service
The product i ordered was concrete with a rough finish - i expected this, but one of three lights had been taken out of the box prior to shipping and wasn't replaced with the admittedly feable supplier's protection (a plastic bag). Therefore, it arrived damaged around the circumference. Holloways replaced quickly without quibble. Exceptional service from them for a not brilliant product. Can't fault Holloways for this.

Waited 10 days for delivery slot and they cancelled that on the day!
Waited 10 days for delivery slot. The delivery company then cancelled delivery at last minute without notice. Took 3 phone calls chasing HoL for update before getting the delivery company to rearrange the delivery. Awful customer service.
