i bought a drone with my birthday money i just turned 80 i thought getting a drone would be fun i recieved my drone one battery would only take a partial charge took it out first time it flew it tool off crashing into a tree contacted customer service have been dealing with four different service people the said they were going to send a new one never happened going try and return it not to happy with the whole thing. ronald clark

Well what can I say,the best money can buy,the after sale support is second to none,had small issue that was dealt by Sunny in customer service who was so professional and went over and above to make sure that I was 100% happy with my product

I recently purchased a HS 210 drone for my grandson,
after a couple of months we had an issue with one of the motors.I contacted customer service.They replaced the Drone within 2 days.Becky was a great help.I would recommend Holy Stone.

Bought a HS120D in December but didn't get to try it until few days ago due to UK weather but found a fault with controller beeping constantly so contacted Holystone who were extremely helpful and said they will send out new one, I was very impressed with their customer support. Spoke to Nicole. Other than that very impressed with the drone as never used one before and found this to be a great started drone so I would highly recommend this as a first one.

I bought a Holy Stone drone for my 12 year old disabled son off eBay, it wasn't sent from UK as advertised it was sent from China and took weeks to arrive, when it arrived I found that it had a faulty battery and wouldn't fly for longer than 2 minutes before it fell out the sky, I contacted Holy Stone who said they would replace the battery under warranty - they never did I waited nearly 2 months with a drone I couldn't use so I opened a case with eBay. Holy Stone said they would send the battery if I closed the case with eBay which I did because by now I was just desperate to get the drone working for my disabled son. Now they have ignored all messages and I still have a £160 piece of unusable junk sat on my desk and a devastated son. Avoid at all costs I feel I have been ripped off and deceived by Holy Stone. I am member of a drone and quadcopter group and my experience is nothing short of awful ... I will never buy anything from them ever again.

I bought a Holystone Hs720E from amazon cost me £269. The drone is great quality for the price easy to fly and has a great app. It came with two batteries and while using the app i saw an icon at the top saying free battery, This lead me to produce a review on amazon which i did and screen shot the review and emailed to holystone. Two days later a new battery was deleiverd. about a month after i was flying the drone and it was at around 100ft when it just dropped like a stone and landed on a concrete path and smashed to pieces. I contacted customer services by email and without a quibble have agreed to send a new unit. I cannot find anything negative to say about this company great customer service.

Worst company to deal with bought a drone and it did a fly off it was less than 90 days old and they offered 30 percent off I have read there drones do a lot of fly off so Avoid buying holystone drones at all cost as there customer service is awful

I have recently purchased a holy Stone 720e drum and it is fantastic customer service is fantastic have no issues with customer service also purchased a 175 and it flew into a tree they replaced it with no questions so if you ever have a problem with always Stone Products their customer service is fantastic

Second time flying the 720e and it just fell out of the sky - about 60 feet up. I was videoing my villa. Brand new charge but we do have a lot of Internet transmissions around this area. (no masts in sight as they are 3-4 klms away) but they do transmit WI-FI signals. Now got a broken drone. Need new back arms and body. Where can I get them. Cheers.

Do not bother there customer service is garbage i had a hs175 only wanted to buy a new motor but they was not intrested there message was please buy from anouther site my advice save your money till you can afford a dji

Great product I’m a beginner and have wrecked it a lot in my house just playing around and it has never had anything break off and I mean I’m really rough with it

This is a MAJOR P.O.S. drone for people who can't afford a real drone and have to settle for this crap!
I do not blame the customers, but I blame the company who falsely advertise this piece of excrement drone.
I bought this, for what I thought was a deal. But, after flying it a couple of times, the damn thing wouldn't fly one beautiful sunny morning. I tried everything....from the circus pairing and calibrating to on/off, wi-fi, app, batteries, settings, you-name-it. Dumb thing wouldn't fly and I broke it into a thousand pieces (which actually gave me great comfort and closing!). Don't waste your time and money with this P.O.S. wannabe drone trash!

Just got the Holy stone hs720e at the end of January and I would just like to say how amazed I am at the quality of the drone considering I only paid £263 off Amazon, even comes with a top quality case and two batteries, been out flying a few times now and the drone is really easy to fly
and the initial set up is straightforward, just take your time, make sure you calibrate it probably before every session and always make sure you have at least 7 satellites or more, the camera is again for the money really good, well done Holy stone.

I would like to brag about this company !! Every time I have a problem with something they help me to the max there a awesome company and great drones thank you again Ley for your assistance yours truly James Vanslyke

DON’T BUY FROM HOLY STONE
Holy stone DOES NOT have “ customer support “ they are TRAINED to find a loophole in order to NOT uphold their products warranty, and DON’T support SMALL BUSINESS !!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM !!! And save headaches and aggravations.

My wife treated me to the Holy Stone 720e drone for my 74th birthday in January after giving her some broad hints :) The overall quality and build of the drone I find to be of a high spec, quite robust. Calibrating and linking the units took me a couple of goes, but no real problem, (I should have read the instruction book properly). I have managed to get a few flights in between snow showers, cautiously using the "beginners" settings which i would advise for any newbee. The last flight I had I removed the "beginners" setting, WOW what a different flight experience, breathtaking performance with added bonus of high res video footage. Highly recommended, well worth the price.

I had the hs720E 2 days took it up to 80 meters lost power on the drone not the hand set it fell out of the sky like a stone at a distance completely lost site of it it did not return home can not find it anywhere what a wast of £300 that was so angry
