Do you want to pay return postage back to China?

Deal with this Company at your peril. Bought a sink without realising the goods came from China. Asked them if all the accessories shown were included as I needed the two drainers shown, they assured me they were. Ten days later the sink arrived, neither of the drainers were enclosed, just a strange bowl with a large plug hole. Contacted them to tell them. Several days later they replied to say the factory had changed the drainer,,yet they were still showing it with the drainers I should have received. They lied and misrepresented the item I bought, take ages to respond to emails, have offered me 10% discount of a sink that is no use to me, and now I will probably have to go through Paypal to get a refund. I have asked for a prepaid label to return this sink for a refund, but they have not yet replied. It will cost almost £90 to return this to China. If they try to make me pay this, I will be contacting the Commerce Minister at the Chinese Embassy about these scammers. You have been warned. If you don't want to pay postage back to China keep well away.

Would NEVER use this site again

Would NEVER use this site again. Bought a clock for my elderly mother which turns out to be faulty after a few months. Returns have to be sent to back to China recorded delivery- costing more than the Clock itself. Having communicated with Homelava I told them I would be sending it normal post, but it was returned unrepaired. No refund given.
WORST online company I have ever used!

Not convinced this website is legit

on this very site their registered address in the US is listed at a residential property if you look at street view and match the number with the numbers outside the houses.

Looking at other reviews around the web I've seen a running theme of poor products and mentions of returns to china costing the same as the product. Looking up the company websites on whois .is and turns out its registered in china:

Another warning sign for me was the website itself. The Facebook signing up integration doesn't work and when registering I kepts seeing message popups saying "Homelava says:" just looked a bit naff and convinced me not to proceed with my purchase.

To see another unhappy customer on this site followed by a 5 star chinese review in coverup seems unfair. If this company is unreliable then this should come out in the reviews and customers should be informed.

Cheap products from China that you can return but for the same price you paid for them.
Ordered a £190 light that was cheap and nasty, returns cost £174 shipping to China.
DO NOT BUY!!!
