Held my money for a week then emailed to say item was out of stock (at time of ordering it said 3 were in stock) now waiting for my refund. Really bad letting someone down at last minute after a week when I could have ordered item elsewhere.

Totally wrong description sadly I ordered a black and gold picture in a black and gold modern frame but have been sent a black and gold picture in a silver frame and it’s awfull tried ringing shop for hours but no answer need information on how to return

Was unsure about ordering from here as i have not heard of this company but took a chance and i am very pleased with my order, i ordered a lion ornament, it came a couple of days later, wrapped up very well and the ornament was a good size for the price! Would definitely order from here again :)

My first parcel got delivered and it was broke, the packaging was non existent and the courier threw it over the fence. After speaking to the seller and sending pictures of the broken item another parcel got delivered within the week. The packaging was great, there was adequate bubble wrap and the box was placed on the doorstep. So thank you for rectifying my broken parcel. I would definitely buy again after this experience

The most gorgeous art work I have ever had! I received my Jimmy choo heel framed art work last week and to say it’s perfect is an understatement! I honestly couldn’t be happier, it’s in immaculate condition, made extremely well, and looks exactly like the picture. It came extremely well packaged as well and delivery was on time. Very happy with all the confirmation emails and letting me know start to finish when it would be ready! I will 100 percent be ordering again! Great value for money - and such a beautiful piece! Bought the marble effect table lamp in a large, so was quite pricey in January this year. I have only had it 3 months on a side table and out of no where the lamp has become totally loose and seems faulty. I called home luxe interior to see if I could send the lamp back for a replacement as I really love the look of the lamp and thought if it was faulty they’d be willing to give me a replacement as it was £165. I was told on the phone that as the purchase was over the 28 days there was nothing they could (would) do. I tried to reason with the man on the phone and did say that I wouldn’t have expected a lamp of this price to become wobbly and unstable so soon. He just kept repeating there was nothing they would do to rectify it. So im very disappointed in my purchase and over all experience and will not be buying anything from this company again. Clearly just another drop shipping company that try to make out they are a quality company without giving quality products or any sort of customer service.

Delivery of order was ‘super quick’ and the product itself was great quality - better than expected given its low price.

From emailing and sending pictures, a replacement was ordered, delivered and the original item collected and returned to the company.
