AVOID! Unprofessional.
Quick to take your money and then pass you on to some firm of solicitors who later tell you they can't act for you! UNBELIEVABLE. Poor .

I contacted Homeward trying to find a solicitor to do a title deed change that worked with nationwide as everywhere I had called so far did not. Chris confirmed straight away they work with nationwide and are on the trusted list. I explained what I needed and he was able to explain every part of the process whilst making it easy for me to understand. Within minutes I had all the information i needed and will be having a call with my appointed solicitor shortly. Really recommend.

Good reviews online. Great customer service team, super responsive, Only reason for the 4 stars is we were hoping for a portal/app view of progress which unfortunately the solicitors we've been assigned don't have. But overall would recommend so far .

Solid conveyancing, adapting to the speed I needed without a fuss and when my first sale fell through (due to me pulling back willingly) and getting a second property a few months later they uphold the flat fee without me having to pay extra. Smooth process from their side

My partner and I are first time buyers and just had an offer accepted on a house. We didn’t yet have solicitors, but thankfully Homeward are open on Saturdays which is such a relief! Without being available on a Saturday, we may have lost the house. Mark, who I spoke to, was so lovely and informative of the whole process. Really looking forward to working with them.
