After having an unsatisfactory experience with my usual Conveyancing team which had changed to an online service I found Homeward Legal and requested a quote.
Joshua then called me and his kindly manner and genuine interest in my sale was so uplifting. After my last experience of being passed to different people and just feeling they were only interested in payment he restored my faith in using online Conveyancing.
He gave me really helpful advice and listened to my concerns.
We exchanged emails the following day and on the 6th November he returned my call promptly. I then agreed to go ahead and have been happy with the law firm I am now using.

After a rocky start where the law firm I was assigned to left my file inactive for almost two weeks without any communication, Joshua Harper from Homeward Legal personally stepped in and handled the situation with great professionalism. He ensured things were resolved quickly, arranged a goodwill refund, and helped me get the firm to make contact and move my file from in abeyance to active.

I also want to mention Christopher Pearcy, who was extremely helpful at the very beginning in finding a firm that suited my needs, especially one that didn't require expensive certified translations.

The start of the process was stressful because of the firm's unresponsiveness, but the support I've received from both Christopher Pearcy and Joshua Harper has really made a difference. I appreciate that they took my concerns seriously and worked hard to get everything back on track. Without them, the firm would probably have taken even longer to respond, so it's really good to have Homeward Legal on your side to support you through it all.

I didn't give 5 stars only because I believe Homeward Legal could have stepped in a bit more firmly the first time I mentioned that, even after 8 days from paying on account, my file was still in abeyance. At that point, being told to wait another day or two felt too tolerant toward the firm.

Chris Pearcy was very helpful. The entire process from initial online quote to proceeding with engagement was effortless. The quote was competitive and done over the weekend so I was very appreciative. Also the insurance of No Sale No Fee was attractive.

Just starting out on my experience but so far great communication. Was contacted minutes after agreeing to instruct. Language was plain, simple and precise and wasn't left trying to untangle any 'jargon'. Joshua Thomas was very professional and just waiting for a solicitor to be allocated.

My initial house purchase fell through. I spoke to Mark about my options and he let me know that id get a refund and the money i had paid out for searches meant that I was entitled to free searches when I found a new purchase.
I spoke to Mark again to let him know I was ready to proceed with buying a different house and sure enough I was able to benefit from the offer of free searches second time around which meant I didn't lose out when the first purchase collapsed.

Terrible attitude. When enquiring about the process to transfer equity on a property all they were interested in doing was to talk in a very condescending manner to genuine questions being asked regarding the process to be followed. I wouldn’t touch this lot with the proverbial barge-pole.

Great help and guidance on the issue of extending my lease, so I’m looking forward to getting that sorted. Leasehold extensions aren’t something all solicitors deal with a lot, so it’s good to be with someone who’s done plenty before and really knows the process.

Finding a conveyancer who can handle commercial and land transactions was tougher than anticipated, however, Homeward Legal were exemplary from start to finish. The service provided by Chris Pearcy was brilliant, the quote was very competitive with all fees provided in a clear format and any additional questions answered instantly within one telephone call. I cannot rate them highly enough.

When I first talk to mark you could tell he was a genuine guy he explained to me the process in layman's terms which made a change from the normal formal jargon and hes there on the end of the phone if I need stuff explaining to me.
