In January 2024 I paid for the annual renewal, and now that I need it, I cannot get into my account. Previously I needed only a password, now a user ID as well. There is no option of getting in touch with anybody, or to change passwords, etc. I am mad that I paid for a renewal. I will go and get Retreev tags. HomingPIN totally useless! I also think they don't exist any longer.
