There is no support for the HT-IM001 Iplugmate. does not work with iphone or ipad. Contacted support and they have no plans to fix it. Do not buy anything from this company, they are fly-by-night and do not support their products. Pure rip-off artists!

i'm trying to reach out to you since May because of a malfunctioning of one of your product. I also wrote an email and reach through Facebook but nobody answered me. Do you avoid replying to customers?
Why don't these review pages ever have ZERO stars? This terrible product deserves it! So convoluted how to transfer files (won't transfer videos up to your iPhone's camera roll so THAT'S absolutely useless!!) and any way you try jumping through hoops with it's crappy app, every time it fails (and sometimes doesn't show you the progress so you don't know it fails uploading). AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
This was my 3rd try in 2 days to get CS on the line. I timed everything on this call and waited it out. I called 2 mins after they opened. Got a recording I was 1st caller in line and my call was important to them. Wait for 32 mins getting the same msg every minute or so I was 1st in line and again my call was important. Finally get a new msg and guess what - now I'm 6th in line. It took another 28 mins to cycle me from 6th back to 1st in line again. Another 16 mins later and I'm back to 6th repeating the same thing. 1 hour and 16 mins and nothing - a complete joke!
I bought a new flash drive called iPlugmate and I need some tech help to ensure its use. Even with the iPlug app, it is not as easy to use. I am trying to back up files off and take them off of the ipad/phone. I am on HOLD now for 18 minutes and counting. I would say that is POOR customer service!
I ordered a keyboard for my laptop, it was listed as in stock so I went with them. They gave me the run around when I still hadn't gotten it by 2 weeks. They kept telling me to be patient that they will get it for me, while the whole time they had it listed as still in stock on their website. I finally got fed up and they said they would refund me and 1 week late they still haven't gotten me my refund when they said it would only take 24 hours.
I don't know , what i know is i bought a IP camera in hootoo, they delivered it to me within 3 days！ Ok, five stars!
