Poor communication and rude staff
Poor communication, booked an activity and was left waiting 20 minutes as no one came to say it was cancelled, still havent recieved a refund! Rude staff (particularly the blonde pool receptionist and bar manager who refused to give their names when asked) unclean facilities, the pool in particular was very dissapointing, wouldn't return or recommend.

Cancellation policy
If you have a disability and long term health condition probably best not to book with hoseasons. Having paid a cancellation fee in the case of not being well enough to travel one would expect to be refunded without too much hassle. However the cancellation contract is obviously along the lines of the Marx Brothers,a day at the races. The first clause invalidates the second clause etc etc. The sanity clause obviously will not apply as by the time you have worked your way through this you have lost both your sanity and the will to live.
