As always, Hoseasons make it so easy to book your holiday, no fuss, no pressure, you pay whatever deposit you can, then you either pay your holiday in one go, or by instalments, but as long as it's paid by the due date, everything will be fine, we have always enjoyed our Norfolk Broads Holidays, always through Hoseasons, because we know we can trust Hoseasons

Easy booking

Poor communication and rude staff
Poor communication, booked an activity and was left waiting 20 minutes as no one came to say it was cancelled, still havent recieved a refund! Rude staff (particularly the blonde pool receptionist and bar manager who refused to give their names when asked) unclean facilities, the pool in particular was very dissapointing, wouldn't return or recommend.
