Easy order but bit worried it says we might not get lodge in pictures??.Don't want anything naff when we're paying nearly a grand and half for the luxury we see in the picture?? Very odd putting statement. You did this to me last year in Wensleydale. Shown me a lovely pic and view and ended up in a crappy thing with no view next to road and nobody wanted to know how annoyed I was !!

Customer service is shocking
Customer service is shocking. They overcharged me. Got it completely wrong. Then said nothing more they can help with. When I said I had it in writing they went back to park and confirmed I was right and refunded me. No apology, nothing. Really rude staff

Website is easy to navigate & book your holiday
So much to choose from when deciding where to go & what type of holiday we want. It's easily broken down when choosing the filters & we can quickly & easily find our perfect holiday. Booking is super easy with a choice of how to pay is fantastic. We have booked with Hoseasons many times as we've had many fantastic holidays through this company. Our last holiday in July Finlake Park Devon was amazing.

We have booked through hoseseasons and…
We have booked through hoseseasons and when we arrive still not received any details of the caravan, and we when to the reception side we told they are not dealing with us because we have not booked with them directly. After an hour wait and talk we were given the derty and smelly caravan we have to call again them someone else came in to clean this is the day after still smelling and we are absolutely dissatisfied with this place. We have spoken to the reception they said we don't have another caravan to replace!!!
