1 star is far too many, dad at end of life care and a very worrying stressful time. I decided to pay to watch TV so he could try to relax watching football. Fuming that the TV only had 1 channe... See more

Ripoff
Very poor signal & sound, very little choice of channels £20 for 3 days fill ripped off
I was shocked to read the reviews
I was shocked to read the reviews. My mum was in hospital for 2 weeks and we topped up twice. The second time didn't need all the credit and was given a part refund, no quibble. Not cheap, but technology needed for this system is not cheap to run either. All three calls I made, staff were efficient,,pleasant and helpful every time.
No complaints from me..............
A Disgraceful Rip Off
Like other reviewers, if I could give minus stars, I indeed would! 5 so-called free tv channels simply not available, get returned to their advert plan screen every time. Paid for this, intending to use a search engine to learn more of my reason for being in hospital (only Yahoo available) which only showed headline topics where hyperlinks to articles failed to link, again taking user back to their paid-for plans. Note too that while outgoing calls are free, outsiders making calls to that bed number are on extortionate premier rates!
Overall - a DISGRACEFUL, RIP-OFF OF VULNERABLE PEOPLE THAT NEEDS INVESTIGATION
Awful
Awful, I’m not sure how the NHS actually allow this as may at times like this be the only way of seeing what is happening in the world or m putting their mind somewhere else for a short while. I a place that is normal full of sadness, pain , discomfort and mistreatment already in many cases we yet have another money grabbing scam from vulnerable persons who always seek to cop out for this as have no other option.

Absolutely rubbish
Absolutely rubbish. My mum is in hospital and I’ve been paying for her TV and phone, except Hospedia have assigned that to someone else. You also have to call them up and spend AGES on hold as inexplicably you aren’t able to just top up online. This is what happens when you outsource services to rubbish private companies.
Disgusting absolute robbery
Disgusting absolute robbery. Taking money off sick people.
Disgusting prices
Disgusting prices, nearly 10 pound a day. And repeating movies over and over again
This company are a bunch of thieves
This company are a bunch of thieves. Best deal you can get is £19.90 for three days of what should be freeview TV. My wife has been in hospital for weeks now. We have already paid out over £150.
APPALLING DON'T USE!!⁸⁸
After undergoing a total knee replacement, the TV gave me some relief. Unfortunately I had to move beds,as the TV kept catching . The new space media didn't work. Spoke to C/S agent who said someone would be round today ì
What a rip off
What a rip off.How do they have the audacity to charge patients to watch free to view TV channels?Don't say maintenance. You could replace the TV every 3 weeks at the prices they charge
How these people get away with charging…
How these people get away with charging so much for TV at a hospital bed I haven't a clue, watch dog should be on to you absolute criminals...
Profiting off the elderly and…
Profiting off the elderly and vulnerable. Charging for free to view Channels. An absolute sick and vile company with no moral values.
DO NOT ENTERTAIN THESE PEOPLE
DO NOT ENTERTAIN THESE PEOPLE! My elderly mother has been in hospital for 4 weeks, and to date this has cost us 2p short of a £100! All she wants is to be able to watch her soaps in the evening - you would think that channels 1, 2 and 3 would be free in a hospital, but oh no, not in Edinburgh Royal Infirmary. We either have to pay £7+ a day or buy a package with movies (which she doesn’t want) which costs £49.99 per fortnight. I have witnessed elderly patients in the wards staring at the ceiling, bored - surely the hospitals can provide some free TV for them as most of them cannot afford these prices and don’t have fancy phones or tablets to watch!! A total rip off, something should be done about this now! The TV is terrible too, small grainy picture with around 8 tv channels, and a few movie channels which just seem to play the same movies over and over again. GET RID OF THESE MONEY GRABBING B******S!
Despicable company
Despicable company, profiteering from vulnerable and elderly patients who don't have mobile phones to make calls and watch TV. Claim they charge high prices so that they can provide their 'wonderful' service, what a load of rubbish - engineer ordered over a week ago and still not arrived, told they aren't scheduled in that hospital this week either, no idea when they will be - so WHAT service is being paid for?? At a time when this might be the only link to the outside world for some with hospitals severely limiting visitors and they just don't care about sorting it out, leaving patients with no TV and no phone!! Disgusting!!
Disgusting company never use again and…
Disgusting company never use again and not even offering the final of the euros for free and I can’t visit to let my elderly relative watch via my laptop or tablet avoid at all costs total rip off for old tech that barely works should lose their contract immediately
If I could I would put minus 5 stars…
If I could I would put minus 5 stars it's disgusting the prices this company charges people to watch TV 7.90 per day to watch normal TV on screens thats is virtually unwatchable due to the blurry Ness the people who are at there worst and lowest times in life and the only thing for them to watch to keep them selves entertained will cost them upwards of 55 pounds for a 6 day stay hospedia is disgusting and should be out right banned from ever doing business in hospitals they have absolutely no sense of the harm they do to people while they are at the lowest I will never ever pay these this company a penny and wil advise as many people I can not either
7.90 a day for my 83yr old dad to watch…
7.90 a day for my 83yr old dad to watch his football on bbc &itv. Not easiest system for an elderly man to use and with COVID restricting visiting he can’t work out how to log in. Nurses too busy to help. Bring back free tv rooms instead of ripping off the vulnerable.
Money grabbing non-service
My Dads bedridden and asked to watch the news. We bought TV only for two days which cost £20 and tried endlessly to make it work to no avail. The refund will take up to 30 days. This company are robbers. Awful.
SAVE YOUR MONEY
If I could give them no stars I would my I paid for 7 days of tv the tv stopped working and I lost out on a day and a half of tv this was reported more then once but on came down to fix the tv and now I have been told because I was into day four I can't get any kind of refund back I think this is a money grabing company DON'T ORDER TV save your money
