After fighting with customer service at another provider, I jumped ship. I've had to ask for help a couple of times since moving over to Host Armada, and each time, the person I've spoken to has been fast to help, easy to speak to, and effective. I don't feel like I'm talking to a LLM, but a real, actual person who wants to help.

Excellent service, good technical support, although it might take some getting used to some features at first, and using SSL certificates could be confusing.

Easy to set up an account, and anytime I have questions, I get fast and easy customer service that helps me figure out whatever I'm trying to accomplish with my website hosting or domain.

Before HostArmada, there was Bluehost. It was a long-term situation. We had history. We had… declining standards. What started as excellent slowly slid into “this is fine” and then straight into “who hurt you?”

Sometimes growth is beautiful. Sometimes it turns into a customer support horror film.

Anyway, I'm now on HostArmada, our site gets hijacked thanks to an ancient plugin living its best zombie life. I’m mentally preparing for the usual: two weeks of chaos, 47 chat agents, three escalations, and at least one moment where I question my life choices.

Instead? I hop on chat with HostArmada.

Two minutes in, I’m talking to a real human. A competent one. No copy-paste gratitude speeches. No “we value you” while actively not helping me. Just… solving the problem.

Thirty minutes later? Fixed.

No transfers. No mysterious “department” that only communicates via carrier pigeon. No “you may hear back in 48 hours if Mercury is in retrograde.” Just done.

I genuinely forgot this was an option. Like, I thought this level of service went extinct around 2009.

Fifteen years with Bluehost lowered the bar so far it was basically underground. HostArmada just walked in and casually raised it back up like it wasn’t a whole thing.

Maybe I got lucky. Maybe this is how they actually operate. Either way, I’m not asking questions. I’m just enjoying the rare experience of something… working.

Great service, support, and quick responses

The speed of HostArmada services - their swift customer service and incredibly fast Speed Reaper service - has proven to outperform my expectations on day one.

My website was migrated flawlessly, and without error, within hours of submitting the migration request.

Every website link now loads immediately, in a fraction of a second, on shared hosting. The Speed Reaper hosting plan is the real deal. My current page load times are much faster when compared to my previous dedicated VPS.

The performance difference is akin to comparing high-end sports cars to school buses.

If your WordPress website generates revenue, a WP Speed Reaper service subscription will quickly pay for itself.

My only regret is not discovering HostArmada sooner! :)
