Excellent site. They don’t sell direct but take you to other websites. Found me good deals and also showed me how much I overpaid on a booking I made a couple hours earlier!
Will use religiously for all hotel bookings going forward.

Its very hard to get in contact with them i was charged ov er 50$ in credit card fees which was no were mentioned in the terms of booking. Just a head ace having to go through a third party easier to book direct with the hotel.

It seems you chose our 'book direct' option (Revato) and in this case, the hotel was directly in charge of your booking and payments. Saying this, It seems our customer service expert has been taking good care of your case and have escalated your issue to the hotel, as they were the ones taking care of your payments. As per your last email to us, the matter was resolved and you were refunded by the hotel directly for one of the two nights. Kind regards!

Incorrect info & they don't care!
The information they give for hotels is woefully inaccurate! We arrived at a hotel that they claimed had baby sitting, airport shuttle and several other services that in reality the hotel did not have.
When asked the hotel about this they said they were very sorry but Hotels combined does not consult them about the information in the listing and does not even ask their permission to list! They added that they have requested many edits to the listing but are totally ignored.
On asking HC they say the info is collated from other sites. However, on checking this I could not find the same wrong information on the other sites.
Unreliable and liars!
