I have used HotelsCombined numerous times and find the site easy & effective to use. My high rating is because of the way they handle problems - they respond quickly & are very customer focused.

I contacted HotelsCombined because one of the companies they advertise mis-sold holidays to me. Somebody Ben promised to resolve it in 24 hours, but nothing happened. Poor customer service, that advertise cowboy companies like Skoosh, Stayforlong, Hotelopia. They are not part of ABTA, offer no protection. HotelsCombined cannot be trusted.

I started to hear about them on Instagram and it took me to eventually try their product. It helped me to save a few bucks on my trip! Definitely reccommed! Now I compare here before every booking, I didn't know there could be such a difference in prices!

Fantastic - I needed to cancel my booking but I had lost the email confirming the booking. One quick email to customer service at HotelsCombined proved adequate enough to have a response from them so quickly that the cancellation was easy and carefree. Although I did not use the company till the end I look forward to using them in the future.

I had a problem with my booking. I contacted their customer service and they resolved my issue in less than a day. Will use them again!

Was looking at a specific hotels rooms, prices listed for a deluxe room was £18 per night for 3 different sites Experia, Zen and Hotels.com and when I click each link the rooms are £24 or £25 each for a lesser room, the deluxe are £30. this same incorrect pricing for the hotel is still there days later.
It's nice to compare prices all on one site but not if those prices are wrong, this seems to happen more and more frequently.

Fantastic Custumer Service! I had a bit of trouble confirming my booking for a room at The Shang ri La Singapore Via Revato, as the hotel was not replying to my emails. I tried writing to HotelsCombined and it was the right move. I immediately received a reply from Janine, and she was able to contact the hotel for me, and even managed to get a confirmation from them as well. Within minutes I received an email from he hotel. Do not hesitate to use this platform, got the best prices for all of my bookings since I started using HotelsCombined. Not to mention the fantastic after sales. I am in no way affiliated with this service, and I am guaranteeing the authenticity of my review.

Don’t use this site! I have now had to get the fraud team on a booking I made with them. Very dissatisfied as the money came out of my account but no hotel was booked ! Terrible that this company could let this happen. Be careful.

I used to always book using Booking.com until my friend told me to check out HotelsCombined, it is brilliant! Very easy to use and compares all the big names so I can still book through booking.com if the price is cheap but also it gives me many other choices and sometimes there are much cheaper deals on other sites than Booking. All round a great tool to compare!

I cancelled the hotel, but money never refuned for 15 days by Amoma.
I strongly believe that Amoma was playing with me .
whenever I rang them their sound was very helpfull but keep passed me to other staffs continuously 5 times. and sent me money to my Visa card 5 times but only $0.00 shown.
they said ,after 10 days I cancelled, they had problem with their bank without any applogy. and now all fixed and will send money within today. however still money wasn't arrived, only $0.00 for 3 times a day.
after I conplaint to HC because I joined and searched hotel by HC. not the Amoma. and the staff was very helpfull so, now I got the money back just after 1 day i talked to HC staff.

Thanks God. never ever do with "AMOMA" paying Hotel fee again. NOW searching through "Booking, Agoda, Trip" only.

Easy to understand, great service on price drops

I have had trouble with the actual hotel itself with not replying to emails or making any changes to my booking. Hotels combined however, helped me get in contact with the hotel and sorted out my reservation issues in a timely fashion. Ive had no issues with hotelscombined at all and would recommend their service. I ended up not staying at the hotel due to their poor service on the phone when i rung to confirm check in dates.

I’ve had no problem communicating with any changes to my bookings and they have the best deals

I had a reservation with **el.com through hotelsCombined. **el.com took the money and they didn't provide a room and I had to pay again to book another hotel. Later I asked them to solve the issue or refund me, but I struggled with them for about more than a month but they refused to refund. Eventually, I contacted hotelsCombined and they (hotelsCombined) themselves refunded me with the full amount of the money and they told me that they will deal with **el.com! That was very professional from hotelsCombined.
I highly recommend to book through hotelsCombined because of their commitment and honesty.

Even though there was confusion with my booking, HotelsCombined were prompt with replying to my email of concerns. They even followed up after my booking to make sure it all went smoothly.

I had an issue with a hotel in Kensington which just booked another hotel (I did not want to go to) for me, because they were fully booked. Without my approval they charged me the same amount and were not willing to refund me, even if I have never been there. Hotels Combined reacted very quickly, they couldn't convince the hotel to pay my money back, so they refunded me by themselves. This Service is really really reliable and extraordinary. I would always book again with them.

I had trouble getting my bookings modified. Luckily, after reading through comments on Tripadvisor from customers looking for Revato and manage to find HotelsCombined. Once I sent my concernts to Hotelscombine, my modifications were done pretty quick. Thanks

To date I have found hotels combined has always offered the best prices on hotels and I can find what I want on the one site. Convenient and easy to use.
