Was originally going to use back market but Hoxton had much better prices for the same items. Was extremely pleased when it arrived, as it came 2 days earlier than expected. Delivery not on the day it was promised…
Delivery not on the day it was promised and mixed reasons as to why ... one reason from DPD and Hoxton told me another reason. Put the phone down on me when I called to complain about the delay and the fact I am now out of pocket and a laptop. Extremely disappointed at the lack of customer care ... 5 days delivery is not what was promised!

I’m sorry that your order did not arrive within the timeframe you had expected, particularly as you were relying on the laptop.
Having reviewed the order and the communication with our team, I’d like to clarify the circumstances surrounding the delivery. Your postcode falls within DPD’s remote delivery area, which adds an additional working day to our standard next-working-day service. The bank holiday closure of DPD’s network then resulted in the delivery being moved to Tuesday.
We contacted DPD through both our internal system and by telephone to establish whether there was any way of getting the parcel to you sooner, including whether an alternative service was available at an additional cost. Unfortunately, DPD were unable to offer an earlier delivery.
We completely appreciate how frustrating it is when a delivery does not arrive when expected. However, once an order has been dispatched and handed over to the courier, the final delivery timeframe is unfortunately outside of our direct control. This can be particularly relevant during bank holidays and for addresses within remote delivery areas. We do highlight the additional delivery time applicable to certain remote locations on the delivery information page of our website.
We have also reviewed the telephone call and subsequent email correspondence. Our records show that our team made every effort to keep you updated regarding the delay and to explore what options were available to assist you.
We pride ourselves on the level of customer service we provide, which is consistently reflected in the feedback and positive reviews we receive from our customers. In this instance, we offered the option to return the device and, once it was received back with us, processed a full refund without delay.
We also appreciate your feedback regarding how the remote-area delivery exception is communicated on our website. We will review this to ensure that the information is as clear and prominent as possible for customers when placing an order.

Ryan and Benjamin have been absolute stars.
I bought a M2 Mac Air for my daughter, originally clicked on a silver 256GB but when I changed last minute to a 512 I didn’t recheck the colour so it went back to midnight blue. When the laptop arrived promptly my daughter wasn’t happy with the colour. I contacted Hoxton’s - they agreed to keep a silver one aside for me for when they’d received the blue one back.
Ryan and Benjamin were excellent at putting my mind at ease with regard to the exchange.
The silver one is due today. I’m also keen to have a play - if it lives up to the hype I may get myself one too.

I ordered an iMac M3 for home office use. The product was delivered as promised, on time and in mint condition. On the first charging I noticed the machine was getting very warm. I reported this to HM. I was emailed with suggested action and called back shortly after. The machine was soon working OK.... and has worked OK ever since... another satisfied customer! Thank You!

Perfect condition Macbook - essentially brand new
The macbook is in perfect condition - it looks great, runs well and is just as good as a new model but much cheaper. I would recommend Hoxton to anyone and will definitely continue to use them in the future as I upgrade my tech.
