Perfect condition Macbook - essentially brand new
The macbook is in perfect condition - it looks great, runs well and is just as good as a new model but much cheaper. I would recommend Hoxton to anyone and will definitely continue to use them in the future as I upgrade my tech.
Delivery was easy and on time and the product was packaged securely.

All Good So Far
So far I have been pleaseantly suprised. I was unaware that refurbished/checked ipads etc exsisted. I found Hoxton Macs competitive and with a decent stock of ipads. It was delivered afely and well packaged. I have had my ipad running now for a week or more,So far so good! I would recommend this business.

I purchased a used laptop
I purchased a used laptop. It was a great price compare to other places. It arrived in good time, and I had lots of messages letting me know each stage of the delivery, and a follow up call.
The computer arrived well packed, on its original box, and very protected. It looked like new.
Overall it was a great purchase from a great place.
I will definitely buy from them again.

Great Products and Excellent Customer Service
Customer service is great and the price is very reasonable for the condition of the products. I purchased an M1 Pro MacBook and an iPad Pro, both in good and premium condition.
The MacBook came in excellent condition and had less than 170 battery cycles. The iPad Pro was even better than I expected. It looked like an open-box item and seemed like it had never been used. It also came with AppleCare, which was a nice surprise.
The customer service team answered all my queries and reassured me before I made the purchase. Overall, I’m really happy with my experience and I’m looking forward to buying more products from them.
