Dear HSN Customer Service,
I am writing to submit a formal complaint regarding Order #100096579, placed on 21 June 2026 and paid in full.
According to the tracking information provided by HSN and Correos Express, the shipment was allegedly delivered on 23 June 2026 at 16:15 in Barcelona. However, as of today, 26 June 2026, I have not received the package, nor has any neighbor, building concierge, or authorized person accepted it on my behalf.
What is particularly concerning is that the alleged delivery record contains no valid proof of delivery whatsoever:
* No recipient name.
* No NIE, ID number, or other form of identification.
* No signature.
* No photograph of the delivery.
* No GPS confirmation.
* No indication that the parcel was left at a pickup point.
* No alternative delivery address.
* No evidence proving that the shipment ever reached me.
Simply changing the status of a shipment to “Delivered” does not constitute proof of delivery.
As the seller, HSN remains responsible for ensuring that the goods purchased by the customer are actually delivered to the customer. At present, there is no evidence that this occurred.
I find it unacceptable that a company operating in e-commerce would consider such a lack of traceability and accountability compatible with basic customer service standards. A shipment valued at €87.62 has effectively disappeared, while both the retailer and the carrier appear unable to demonstrate who received it, where it was delivered, or under what circumstances.
Therefore, I formally demand:
1. An immediate investigation into the whereabouts of the shipment.
2. Documentary proof of delivery, including the identity of the recipient and the delivery location.
3. If such proof cannot be provided immediately, a full refund of €87.62 without delay.
I will not accept being redirected to the carrier as a substitute for HSN fulfilling its legal obligations as the seller. My purchase contract is with HSN, and it is HSN’s responsibility to resolve this matter.
If a satisfactory resolution is not provided within 48 hours, I will proceed with formal complaints through the appropriate consumer protection authorities and initiate a chargeback procedure with my payment provider.
I expect your urgent response.

In order to determine what has happened to the parcel, we need to open an investigation with the courier company and follow their established protocol, as they are the ones who can provide us with information regarding the delivery and its tracking details.

They took, later cancelled my order and raised the price
They took an order. The payment "failed" and left me unable to retry again for two days, even though I contacted them instantly. I even added an alternative payment method even though the failure was on their part.
After two days they closed the order and sent me a message saying they couldn't help. No wonder, the price of my original order had been raised significantly and they wouldn't honor it.

When a payment error occurs, the order remains available for a short time and the customer can try to make the payment again via their account. Furthermore, if you contact us before the order is automatically cancelled, our customer service team can help you reinstate it wherever possible. Under no circumstances are automatic cancellations due to payment errors related to price changes.
