Fast delivery from Spain in 3 days, the soy protein quality and taste is perfect, got an oat flour as a gift to my order so very happy overall with the experience

Good product

I placed my order on May 26, 2026, and paid for DHL shipping. However, the French part of the delivery was ultimately handed over to Colis Privé. As usual with this carrier, problems quickly followed: the parcel was lost, tracking information became inconsistent, and no concrete solution was provided.

The most disappointing part is not the shipping issue itself. Delivery problems can happen to any company. The real issue is how HSN handled the situation.

After reporting the problem multiple times, HSN chose to defer responsibility to the carrier rather than taking ownership of the issue and actively resolving it. Instead of providing a replacement, a clear solution, or proactive support, they simply waited while the situation dragged on.

Eventually, the parcel was found, but it is now being returned to the sender. Today is June 22, almost a full month after the order was placed, and HSN is still waiting for the parcel to make its way back before taking any action. In the meantime, I have neither received my order nor been given a reliable timeline for a resolution.

What makes this particularly frustrating is that I paid for DHL, yet the delivery was not completed by the carrier I selected. The choice of shipping partners and the quality of the service provided remain the seller's responsibility.

A shipping issue can happen. A good company resolves it quickly and takes care of its customers. Unfortunately, that is not what happened here.

Instead of being able to say, "an issue occurred, but HSN handled it professionally," I am left writing this one-star review. This experience is a major red flag and has completely discouraged me from placing future orders with HSN.

After nearly a month, I still do not know when or even if I will receive my order.

Good experience thanks for a good service

I recently placed an order on HSNstore and I am extremely satisfied with the overall experience.

First of all, the delivery was decently fast, especially considering it was shipped internationally. Everything arrived well within the expected timeframe. The packaging was also excellent — everything was secure, undamaged, and professionally packed.

As for the products, I am absolutely thrilled with the Pea Protein Isolate 2.0 (Chocolate flavor). Finding a high-quality vegan protein that actually tastes good and mixes well can be a challenge, but HSN nailed it. It has a great nutritional profile, mixes smoothly without clumpiness (even when using 2 scoops in a single shaker), and tastes delicious—especially if you mix it with a splash of cold coffee! On top of that, the cost-per-serving value is unbeatable compared to other brands on the market.

Overall, HSN offers premium quality at very reasonable prices. I will definitely be ordering again! Highly recommended.

Very good product and fast delivery

Everything arrived well packaged and very quickly.

It was clear what I was ordering. Especially liked that a lot of nutritional information was given about my product. Arrived in less than a week to the other side of the continent.

I don´t give 1 star because the products are good, despite the apparent lack of quality control. I have no problem saying I could´t find a better clear whey yet, but saddly I can´t order again from here. After a contamination (likely a small tissue fiber) found in my maltodextrin, I asked for a refund or a new package (of that only, the least expensive thing in my order). To my total disbelief, it was denied. The reason? Several days, maybe weeks after I sent the photos, they told me I had to keep the sample (I didn´t for that long). Also, they told me that the complaint was made too much time after I ordered. I apologize for being careful and ordering in advance. Since I have to consume these products due to a long term health problem, it was just a tremendous disappointment.

As a valued customer who spends a lot of money with you on large orders.
I would expect some generous "Freebies".
Other than that your service is very good with speedy delivery.

7€ for the shipment and it took too long to arrive. But the taste and packaging is good I think mainly because it's sweet (too sweet) but it's the best tasting vegan protein I tested so far. I got the pea protein isolate vanilla
