When I was registering, the page said I could get 700 USDT as a reward. There was no FAQ on the page to clarify whether it was giving real USDT or useless fee deduction coupons. After I registered, what I got was some useless fee deduction coupons.

The next day I received an email saying that I could get shib rewards through trading. So I topped up 200 USDT and completed the transaction, I got 40000 shib, but I couldn't move them to the spot account, the page said I had to earn the equivalent of 20 USDT to do so. This is a scam company that will only deceive you over and over again. Please stay away from this liar!

Signed up for the bonus of 20,000 shib but can't seem to access it in my wallet or see where my assets held, think its a fake way of getting you to just buy in there exchange, anybody else managed to receive there's without completing the 3 tasks

They will not help if u hv problem. I deposit btc below minimum limit because im not pay attention on their limit. And i contact support....but its useless. My btc is lost. ...

scam.. they freeze your withdrawal and then they ask for identity. their main reason is to steal your identity. if that doesn't work, they just keep the money. or they take both.
They are making accusations with no evidence. They say there are problems with the deposit, but they have allowed to deposit.
All excuses.

I got scammed...

After using them for more than one year, suddenly they frize my account? I have to send them my Picture holding my ID 3x my last transaction to them from another account and my Bank statement of the transaction, - my account is still frozen (2 WEEKS)?? Now I have to give them 3-time slots on 3 different days 2 different times a day, where they video call me, I have no clue when in these 3 days they will call? THIS IS RIDICULOUS, not customer service, if I ever can transfer my assets?? I WILL LEAVE!!

I use Huobi all the time for the P2P market sales so I can buy and sell crypto. Sellers there are efficient, fast and secure.

I had the miss-fortune of opening an account with this company HOUBI but due to there skilful marketing they failed ti inform me that the uk is restricted from dealing crypto

i immediately asked for a refund of my stake
but they say they cant refund the monies as they are not allowed to do transactions in
the uk

After 3 days of back and forth asking me to make videos take screenshots etc... they asked me to pay a handling fee of 0.04 eth ($100) to revert a transfer of 0.01 eth ($30) ridiculous ...

This broker is sh.t! Cheat all your money away! Experience in so call derivatives trades and price has yet reach to my stop loss but it force close with LOSS! Second time was my stop loss triggered but fail to close at that level so the limit order went missing, and I did double check and there’s no order,after few minutes later it got cut out! What the fck is this? If this is not a scam, what is this? Scammer?!

This exchange holds your data at ransom. You can only view your historic trading data for 4 months only. If you would like to download your transaction history for tax reasons you have to KYC take a photo of yourself holding a piece a paper stating what u want. Any other exchange has api where u can access data anytime. Risky sending your personal data to the cloud everytime you want to prepare your tax returns

Each exchange has its own shortcomings and weaknesses, but this exchange is in the top of the best!

Stay away from Chinese fraud

I am writing this review, and I am very disappointed. When I register, I was reall thinking Huobi it's one of the best exchanges.
I made an initial deposit without any problems, buying some crypto coin, then I did the second and they just locked my account without any reason. I've sent all the documents to them and the account is still not confirmed. They made me lost atleast 2.000$ in trades untill today. BE AWARE!

Everything did work fine, until I wanted to withdraw my USDT to Kucoin. I have email verification, sms verification 2Fa..... Email verification: worked fine. 2FA verification: worked fine SMS verification: the SMS verification code does not arrive. I did contact Huobi support: Remove your sim card, on off your phone, check your number. There is nothing wrong with my sim card! I receive plenty of messages, except from Huobi...except when I activated 2FA.. that sms I strangely received. To disable SMS service is only possible.....by confirming by typing the sent and never received dmd verification. Conclusion: I have USDT but thanks to this sms verification that does not work it is completely worthless.

Update: after trading USDT for BTC, a SMS did arrive and could send the BTC.

They start just by not paying your welcome bonuses! All false advertising

Huobi is a very suspicious company. After I deposit, i cant control the address that i deposit. I cant withdraw. I make police report n complaint online. Then they send me lawyer letter ask me to shut up. It is not because the company dont have bad review. It is mainly bcoz they will issue lawyer letter and ask user to shut up. You can’t hold them liable or accountable from legal perspective as the Seychelles address is just a mailing address.
