When my order arrived an invoice was not included. The return address on the package was “Online order” 327 Lyons Ave, Newark, NJ. My problem was I needed to exchange a dress for a different size. Numerous messages requesting information on how to exchange my order have been sent over the past two months and have yet to receive a response. Needless to say, I am very disappointed. The dresses I ordered were very good quality and I was well pleased, but would be very reluctant to place future orders.

Just received my dresses! I'm very pleased with the sizes and material. I did get some for the summer and also for work.

I ordered three dresses for £100. Only two arrived, one was faulty and one was ok’ish. I want a full refund for the missing and faulty dress. They are offering insulting amounts of money and saying that I will have to pay the shipping costs to return the faulty dress! I have added reviews to their site, but my reviews are hidden and I’m now blocked from adding any further comments. Has anyone else had problems getting a full refund? I would avoid this company.

I am very pleased with both dresses I purchased. They are true to size and very comfortable. They delivered as advertised. I do think the shipping was really slow even though the seller did update me on status. It wasn’t a time-frame purchase so it worked out fine.

The dress is very pretty and has a nice flow to it. The fit is true to size. You can dress it up with a belt and accessories. I received a lot of compliments while wearing it.

I love, love, love the black dress! It is so comfortable and flattering! My daughters love the flower dress on me but it isn’t stretchy on the top at all and feels a little constricting for me! But I don’t hate it, and it feels fun! And it didn’t take too awfully long to arrive. I thought they’d take longer. I also love that there is some recycled material in the dresses! That was a pleasant surprise!

Ordered April 1st. Its now April 21 shipping label was created over two weeks ago but is still not trackable.

I only give 4 stars because of the length of time it took for delivery. I'm very happy with my purchase although the black and white dress is a bit longer than shown. I wore the print dress for Easter and received many compliments.

The dresses I ordered were as expected but it took a long time for them to get here.

The dresses I ordered are super cute, and I am very pleased with them, especially for the price. I will say that the sizes run a little large, so definitely do not size up. The customer service is wonderful. I had a couple of questions about tracking my order and got very quick and courteous response.
