Do not use this company

Do not use this company. Have refused to ship me a bottle after it was claimed “successful delivery” when the driver just left it at my door and claimed he posted it through the letter box. The bottle nor the packaging would fit through a LETTER box. This company are absolute scum bags, happy to take people’s money for products they have not received.

Bad product hypure

Bad product, from one moment to the next one of the two headphones stopped working and no longer connects to the mobile phone And not even on the other headset, there's no way make it work . I tried to contact support but it says the hypure@.com address doesn't exist. I am really scandalized.

issue with headphones

I was using the headphones when suddenly one of the two apparently turned off and now it's not getting better. Is it a normal issue? How can I fix it? thanks

Order processed well

Order processed well, was tracked all the way. However the shipping takes too long and charged unusually high, never been charged 30 GBP for shipping before. But the earphones did come and were satisfactory.

Great experience

Great experience! Received the headphones quicker than expected, and used them as a gift. Quality is “good” not “amazing”. Overall, the service and communication was amazing. Definitely recommend!

Is the brand ambassador ad legit on IG?

I'd like to know the security of my interaction with this company before moving forward. Hypure1 "brand ambassador" contact has reached out to me on IG to market the earbuds; which is a great idea to me. It's a lovely product, I just want to not regret paying shipping & handling for something I may never receive. Can Hypure1 confirm this is their legit interaction on IG?

A scam, Be careful

Be careful, it's a total scam. I've never received my package.. And I saw some reviews that claimed the earphones are pretty bad and deliver a bad quality. Don't trust this brand.

I have been trying to contact Customer Service and have gotten no reply. I want to return my item and I need information of where and how to complete this task. They say to email help at hypure.com, which I have done twice to no avail.

Not convinced !!

The design is nice. They stay well in place in the ears. But the charge don't last long. The quality of the sound is not as good as expected. The sound is quickly saturated !! The calls aren't easy as the microphone captures all the surrounding sounds too. I wouldn't renew the command...

Is there something I can do to fix them?

I've loved these headphones! However, this passed week, my left headphone stopped working. I looked it over to see if anything was wrong, and one of the gold inside piece that connects to the case popped out of place and is now inside of the headphone itself, making it impossible to charge or get to work. I'm really hoping that there's something I can do to fix them because I really do love them, but I don't want to have to pay for a whole new pair when I can just fix the current one that I have.
