My ears

Hello, the delivery was perfect. And to make them work is very easy - but, I don’t know if my ears are not like everyone’s, I loose them after a while. And sometimes the connexion switches from one ear to the other, but only for a second. Maybe it’s when I’m to far from my phone. I will see with the time, I’m experiencing them only since yesterday morning ;)

Very bad experience because the right…

Very bad experience because the right earpiece did not work after a week. The after-sales service does not answer despite several emails sent.

Really nice but with some inconveniences.

That's a great set very comfy however this does not have some useful features:
- volume controls
- play/pause controlers
Those requires to be handled via the phone unfortunately: this is the most annoying part to me.

Regarding the battery autonomy is about 2 hours,
roughly make the day.

The box coming with is useful to recharge, so far no problem with.

About the quality is really nice, the noice canceler is efficient.
I choose to have a pair in order to replace my bose noice canceler, depending if I'm cycling or if I'm out of juice.

Good wireless headphones

Good wireless headphones, fit really great to my ears but the battery lasts a wee less long than the advertiser. I still recommend it.

I am disappointed

I read such great reviews. And the design is nice. But I am disappointed. They regularly disconnect, every few minutes when I listen to music or a podcast. I am disappointed, and feel it is not right that they do that.

Didn’t receive my package after 2 weeks…

Didn’t receive my package after 2 weeks now....And I’ve paid for Express delivery!!!
Secondly HYPURE forgot to notice my home number and That’s why my package was send return to sender...
No further news when my package FINALLY will arrive!!!
After I’ve sent a mail I still didn’t receive any answer so far....
So I can conclude the service and follow up is verry poor!!!

For voice it is ok but for music... No Bass!

Excellent customer service!

I order earbuds which were working perfectly after using them for about a week the left bud stopped working/charging. I contacted customer service and a very friendly and helpful guy named Joe assisted me all he asked was for a video of the earbuds charging.. within 2 weeks of my complaint I was sent a brand new pair 😊 THANK YOU!!

Awesome product and company!

This product is awesome and the customer service was even better. I had troubles with my first pair I bought and the company let me keep the first pair and sent me out a new pair that ended up working perfect! They reached back to me quick anytime I had a question!
