My second IBS disaster
After I received the notification from IBS that they were going to ship the three books I had purchased, I thought that I might actually have a positive experience with this company... but no. Even though DHL had already confirmed delivery, IBS began sending me notes saying the books could not be delivered, information was missing, please contact customer service... So I spend time trying to figure out what information IBS might possibly be missing, emailing them, forwarding them the DHL messages, etc.
In the end, DHL delivered the books today, and IBS is still sending me messages saying that the books can't be delivered.
Insomma... IBS è un disastro.
