Mike from ICE came to my showroom and cleaned up the water leak usinf wet vac on the LVT and carpet. Water all gone on the LVT. Also helped out by opening doors to allow more airflow.

Mike the surveyor attended my property to conduct a technical moisture survey over concerns of mould present within the kitchen/living room area, conducted a thorough check, including moisture meter readings of all walls, the ceiling, kitchen and livingroom floor along with mould swob testing of suspected areas. He also checked the base of my integrated fridge freezer cabinet for possible mould contamination. He explained the whole process to me. I am very happy. My place is dry and mould free.

Kieran found a rare frog in our drain . Service was quick and friendly.

Simon come out today to clear the drains, extremely polite and helpful, explained everything he was doing! Defo recommend!

Mike, the initial assessor, was really helpful in pointing out the causes and offering advice, specific to our venue, on how to prevent mould coming back.
Really lovely guys, Mattman and Greg, came to our venue and did a lovely job of clearing the really nasty mould that had developed and we'd been unable to treat ourselves.
All very efficient and left the space cleaner than when they'd got here.

Monty and Greg did a full mould remediation treatment in our loft this week. They were polite, friendly and worked tirelessly to get the job done. Communication was great and they certainly went the extra mile. They were extremely kind and considerate as I was nervous about having the treatment done, having just had the house fully renovated.
