I had a really stressful experience after some trades left my flat covered in a thick layer of dust — every surface, wall, and belonging was affected and I was extremely worried (at 23 weeks pregnant) that it might even contain dangerous lead particles.

I contacted ICE Cleaning and they responded incredibly quickly, arranging a visit within a few hours! From the start, their team was professional, understanding, and genuinely reassuring. They took the time to listen carefully to our situation and used their expertise to recommend a clear, practical plan, along with a detailed quote and schedule.

They made a very worrying situation feel manageable and under control. While their quote was on the higher side, it was still significantly more reasonable than another we had received, and it reflected the specialist nature of the work.

In the end, a lead test showed there was no contamination, so we went ahead with a standard clean instead. However, based on our experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend ICE Cleaning to anyone needing specialist cleaning services. Their responsiveness, professionalism and expertise really made a difference.

Had a blocked drain from further down the road that had backed up to mine, Kieron and Simon arrived were very polite and professional, they cleared the drain and removed the blockage from down the road, took them about two hours but before they left they made sure everything was running properly and no further problems would occur

Kieran came to my property for an emergency bit of plumbing work and the service was excellent! He was polite, knowledgeable and literally saved the day! Would highly recommend.

The whole process from quote to job was handled professionally and quickly to tackle an outbreak of mould in my rental property. The in office team handled all my queries and concerns at every step of the booking process. They made me feel listened to and reassured. An added bonus is they handled it without resorting to pressure sales techniques.

Ben and Femi were an absolute delight to liase with.
