“I think this company is very unprofessional. They charged a consultation fee, and then asked for another one even after the first payment. My brother’s solicitor and social worker tried to contact them, yet they still demanded another consultation fee. They seem more concerned about collecting upfront payments, and once that’s done, they start pushing you around. I strongly recommend having a written agreement before paying anything and making sure you understand exactly what the consultation includes.

I had fantastic experience from start to finish. I was treated very professionally, the person I spoke to during my consultation was very friendly, made me feel at ease and calm, and gave me the right advice regarding my issues. I cannot recommend this firm enough for their exceptional service during a very difficult period. I experienced significant delays with my student visa - arriving 6 weeks late due to visa processing issues, followed by health challenges that further impacted my academic progress. When my university refused to issue a new CAS despite my circumstances, I was at risk of losing my legal status in the UK.
The team advised me to apply for FLR to maintain my lawful status. Although the application was rejected, they swiftly initiated an appeal process that kept me legal in the UK under Section 3C. This bought me the crucial time I needed to complete my programme.

The underlying matter was quite the mess with another law firm handling the matter, but AbdulKadir expertly analysed the issue on ground and provided alternatives the student could pursue as well as the timeframe in which these options could be acted upon.

Dumbfounded and had no idea of the loopholes about human rights case. Please read.
I made a human rights application with ICS which was refused. I sent over so many supporting documents, evidences and personal statements. They uploaded all my documents and supporting statements exactly as I sent it without making it match what they said as my reasons for being in the UK. They made a completely different reason for why my application was put in and it was contradictory to what I put on my personal statement so it is no shock it was refused.
I received my decision months later after it’s been already made by the home office and I had no right to appeal. There was no consolation about my situation even when the home office had made the decision months ago before I received the receipt of the decision. They did not chase the home office to explain this to them. Now I am having to chase ICS lawyers to get that information so I can show it upon return on a different route. I was straight away asked to pay some money to reconsider the decision. Which was almost £1000.
It was so difficult to reach the lawyer handling my case. I had to ring the main office to get contact to Abdul who was handling my case. After I mentioned I was willing to pay for reconsideration.
They have professionalism as a firm in gow tgey address situations and word what they need from clients. But there is no sympathy and genuineness from them on outlining if your case will succeed. And to reach them after you have paid some money to get what you’re inquiring about is very difficult.

If you’ve read up to here, please save yourself and find a different lawyer. I would’ve preferred if they told me they are not specialised in my human rights application. Rather than put the documents exactly how I sent it to them. They might be specialised in other visa type routes but from my experience I would definitely not recommend due to their expertise in not finding ways to make an application compelling. It seems they did not even read the documents I sent and it’s just uploaded with my application and a different statement. I saw a similar review of a lady who had a similar experience said after she got a new lawyer different from ICS, her visa was granted. But similar situation with first refusal.
You want a lawyer who tells you straight up that your case has a good chance of not succeeding. Not getting your money and trying to get more where it’s clearly no chance of it working.
