Our experience with Ideal Tax has been a great one. We worked with several case managers in the beginning, then there was Rick Duncan. Rick has been and still is amazing. He put up with our attitude, has been extremely professional, knowledgeable, tentative, and patient. He always returned our calls, gave us follow-ups on where we were with our case, and I want to say to Rick thank you so very much for your patience with us in getting our stuff together. We are glad that this has finally come to an end, where we can pay what we owe to the IRS, and move on with our lives.
