Grace, has been very helpful with my tax filings and we truly appreciate her help.

Although I was only able to pay sporadically, Sam was always very helpful and understanding and I was finally able to complete the payments. We are still holding due to my 2024 taxes and my failure to file them and now they must be mailed. But Grace has been absolutely great to work with and also understanding. I expect only good things as we move forward to resolution. Thank you!

My case has taken considerable time to finally get to a judgement and numerous Ideal Tax Case Managers. I went over a year with no contact or I would have to call in to get an update. All of this changed when Rick Duncan took over my case in the past several months. He reached out by phone and email notifying me that he was my knew case manager and he gave me a full briefing on the status of my case. Since Mr. Duncan took over my case he has continually kept in touch providing me with case updates and requesting data that I had sent many times prior to Mr. Duncan taking over my case, so I am assuming that all of the previous case managers did not put any of it in my files. Mr. Duncan worked with me and I provided him with everything he requested. Mr. Duncan has been professional and very courteous and genuine. He made me feel as if he cared about my case and how it was going to end up. Mr. Duncan never pulled punches and he always told me exactly where I was standing. Mr. Duncan contacted me yesterday (10/14/2025) stating that the IRS Case Manager had awarded me with a full year without further action in collections or garnishments. This was an incredible win at this point in my case. Mr. Duncan was very thorough in doing his job and keeping me in the loop. Prior to my year expiring Mr. Duncan told me to call him and we will start moving forward towards a final judgment in my case. I have been completely pleased with Mr. Duncan’s performance and his genuine caring about me and my case.
