To their billing dept. heads up to Reece for always helping me, has an incredible experience with this tax company! So I received a cancellation letter last week of August 2025 after doing extensive search of emails found one dated last week of July telling me about the cancellation, I paid close to 1600 dollars and received incomplete services guess I just paid out a paycheck for one of the hundreds that are employed thru this company ask me I would find a better tax company that is willing to do the work not just take the payments the IRS can do that fine on their own.
So I gave them one star because they don't offer a 💩 poo emoji on the reviews just remember if you have 1600 dollars to throw away use them if not shop around or find a local accountant.

Have been working with John Miller and he has been great and is very responsive.

Until Lilly Greene took over my case nothing had really happened with it. Once Lilly took over things started progressing along quite quickly. Lilly frequently kept me in the loop by email or phone. She has such a pleasant demeanor that makes communicating with her very pleasurable. I can’t say enough good things about her. If I continued then I would’ve written a small chapter in a book. I just thank her from the bottom of my heart for taking over my case. She is a phenomenal entity who delivers superior customer service.
