I have been working with John Miller and Jennifer Padua with my Tax issues. I find this very important to have IdealTax Solution to work out past IRS amounts owed or maybe not owed. Since I cannot deal with the IRS myself, I needed to make a wise decision to hire IdealTax Solution and help find the best solution possible. Don't wait to long if possible for excellent assistance. up until the time that Angela Morgen took over our case we were having next to no help whatsoever from Brook Walton. Since Angela came onto the picture she was very helpful with explaining what it was that she required to complete our case and how to find the much needed paperwork. Personally I am an IRS idiot and this is the first time I have ever had to deal with them and I certainly hope it is the last. my wife and I are both past retirement age and at 71 years old I continue to work full time to provide insurance for my wife who is disabled. Now it is a matter of waiting to see what happens next with the IRS and I feel confident that Angela will perform with our best interests at heart. Hopefully we can resolve this matter without having to spend the rest of our lives working to repay for our mistake. Very nice person and helpful with my questions

They keep you informed on your case. Everyone is polite and informative. It takes alittle while for the process, but it took awhile to get in the situation I was in . So why would I expect the case to go fast.

Sometimes there are months where you are short and the ease of being able to communicate and change or alter your payments are relieving. They are kind and gracious.

Grace Miller is my account manager. She is great, she is always responsive. I am happy to work with her.
