Ideal Tax Solution, LLC 

I would strongly advise against using this Ideal tax company. Throughout my experience, I was the one who constantly had to call and follow up; no one seemed to care about keeping me informed. The only time you get a call from them is when they want you to authorize a payment. I'll advise not to put your card on file. They kept taking money from my account without giving clear breakdowns, and when they finally prepared my taxes, I ended up owing a huge amount. It almost feels like they set it up so I’d owe more, just so they could push the account to legal and make even more in commissions. The organization is seriously disorganized; I've had more than six different case managers in a short amount of time, which just made things even more frustrating. Overall, this business has some major issues, and I’d recommend looking elsewhere for tax help.

Ideal Tax is the Best

My experience with everyone was absolutely wonderful , but, I have to give a special shoutout to Grace Miller, she is the absolute best. Extremely patient, gentle, warm and kind. Can you clone her? I will definitely recommend Ideal Tax Solution. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give a 20.

Biggest scam ever. They led us to believe they would help us save money, negotiating on our behalf to the IRS. Nope, ended up paying more when they redid our taxes. We could have just worked directly with the IRS to set up a payment plan, which is what Ideal Tax ended up providing us. But we could have done that on our own and saved money.

The initial setup was very easy, The staff was very patient with me. Sam in the Billing department went over and beyond his customer service help,Thank you Sam.

Sam was awesome because he gave me the info I needed and sounded genuinely concerned about my situation. He is great representative for your company.

The service was fine... the only negative experience was at the end. Due to user error, my taxes had to be sent in 2x. The 1st time semding my taxes in, they were missing some forms. But then, once I sent in the all the correct/missing *SIGNED* forms, I did not receive confirmation that they had received the forms. (OVERNIGHT express delivery).

Nearly 2 wks had gone by, before I ended up calling ro check for update. At that point, I was then informed of receipt amd that they had been filed. SomenEfiled amd some Mailed in due to being a few yrs 3 - 4yrs back.

But other than that, it was a good experience.

Grace introduced herself by phone as our case manager and followed by an EM. Our first impression was she is polite, kind, respectful and she is very much aware and compassionate with our issues and that first impression were all true as we were working with her.
She addresses our questions to the point we understood and will repeatedly made sure we are on the same page. She is quick in replying to EMs and will always answer our calls and if she missed our call, she have returned our call in a timely manner. As we are worried and anxious with our issues, she always says not to worry as she and their company will do the best to help us. As an example, she provided an EM to explain the answer to our questions with an image/picture and pointed out where we should look and compare the numbers. She stayed late that Friday in order for her to send this EM to us and to look it over that weekend. She had worked an extra mile for us and does not mind staying late to send that EM. We find her very sincere to her words. We are so happy to have her assigned to us as our case manager and we believe she is trustworthy.
