Poor Communication. I have been dealing with Ideal Tax since 2019. I still have not seen a resolution. I have had 6 different case managers during this time. The present case manager says to call her. When I try the phone rings 3 times and then the call is dropped. This is the biggest scam I have seen. Don't waste your time with Ideal Tax they seem to like getting your money and then not keeping in contact or even updating on what is going on.

Took 6000+ moved locations and now 2 years later nothing solved. Getting threatened letters from IRS. What did I pay for??

Sam is the best person I have worked with at Ideal Tax. He is compassionate, caring and very helpful. He is very knowledgeable about his job. He sends out communication through email promptly so you aren’t waiting hours or days to get information. He puts the customer at ease. He’s awesome!!

Worst experience ever
You can never get them on the phone, they are scammers only after your money ! They are very helpful until you start making payments ! They will stop answering your calls , never sent my tax papers off because they claim we only paid them to file our taxes but not send them off ? Doesn’t even make sense ! Please please do not work with this company. They will waste months of your time and completely ruin this experience for you!

He helped me so I could afford my payments and he was understanding.
