Truly Awful

Shocking service. Flowers were nothing like the pictures, not even the same flowers! I've since contacted the company to request a full refund. Such a terrible disappointment and embarrassing for those I purchased the flowers for. Avoid.

NONE DELIVERY, Company cancelled order without any confirmation but still took my money.

A place a late order for mothers day as a few extras from my 6 year old daughter, it was 2-3 hours before the cut off time for it to be delivered.
On Mothers day i checked my bank and the cash had came outand i had an email to confirm the delivery so we waited all day for the delivery.
By 3 o'clock time i started to call the company only to be meet with a prerecorded message that they were helping other customers and the lines have been paused, this happened on the many calls i made to them.
So i then sent an email to them as stated on the voice recording only for it to be invalid for the company i ordered from. i Managed to get through to the company on monday morning only to be told my order was cancelled and the money will be returned in 1 weeks time.
NO ONE FROM THE COMPANY CONTACTED ME AND HAVE STILL NOT HAD A RESPONSE VIA EMAIL FROM THEM ABOUT THIS.
Will never use this company again

DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST - READ THIS REVIEW

Shocking shocking shocking. The flowers don't arrive on time, they arrive dead, they are completely different to what they show in the photos, the bouquet is tiny and worthless. I have only just found this out after many years of thinking we were sending our mother a bunch of beautiful flowers.

I have just cancelled my order today after talking to our mother and she informed us of how bad they were every year and thinking we hadn't cared about her and sent her cheap disgusting flowers every year!!!!

Iflorist you need to improve or close up shop, all these poor customers are being ripped off as we send flowers and trust that they are going to be beautiful and most of us don't get to see them.

Poor delivery and customer service experience

I decided to buy some flowers from this company and have got to admit it was a bad decision.
Firstly they use royal mail to deliver flowers and if you're unfortunate enough to be out you have the agro of fetching them from a depot and this is dispite them being a leave safe item . The flowers themselves were a valentine surprise which obviously was messed up by an over zealous postie who couldn't be bothered .
Secondly the flowers themselves when I collected them were very droopy and not in very good order , dull leaves and hardly any in bloom nothing like the pictures on their web site.
Thirdly I did give iflorist the opportunity to rectify this experience before posting my experience via their contact us portal and to date they haven't been bothered very poor customer service .
Tried them once wouldn't try them again.

Don't use them: unreliable and misleading

Chose next day delivery, flowers didn't up, they don't care. See exchange with "customer services" below.

Asked for a refund, didn't even get a reply. Rip-off merchants.

As our website states in the product information for this item, we are unable to guarantee the delivery date of our postal delivery items. We allow a 1-2 working day period for these deliveries to take place from the delivery date selected.

This is mentioned on our website in green writing, on the disclaimer and also featured on your order confirmation.

I hope this explains the delivery of your order.

Incredulous

I'm sorry but I simply do not find the 5 star reviews which now populate this page credible. I have yet to receive the courtesy of a reply never mind a refund for the flowers I ordered for Mother's Day which this company failed to deliver.

Where is my £42.50 iflorist??????

Update 17 March - I have now received the refund but only after escalating this to a claim via Paypal. This despite being informed by i-florist (eventually) that a refund would be made. The fact that the refund was only made after escalating this to a claim via Paypal leads me to believe that despite the e-mail confirming a refund, no action was actually taken to refund the money. I am also concerned that my previous review of this company has been disputed on the basis of breach of trust guidelines. The review was simply a statement of facts - they failed to deliver the goods and had subsequently failed to respond in a timely manner to enquiries. I fail to see how this breaches the guidelines and the reason given for the challenge - that 'the company has no record of the reviewer' does not stand to reason. The fact that they have now refunded monies to me clearly shows this to be untrue and the only conclusion I can draw is that this company is using the breach of trust challenge to reduce the number of bad reviews held on this site. This is downright dishonesty.

My advice would be to avoid this company at all costs.

I want a refund..

I recently complained re your diabolical service regarding my Mothers day flowers. Which I ordered in good time for delivery on Mothering Sunday not Monday... Please see the reply I received from them..

We are sorry that the flowers were not delivered in time for Mother's Day. Due to a high volume of orders received for Mother's Day, we were unable to send your order on the requested delivery date as the florists in the area were running low on stock and had taken all of the orders that they could. We sent your order for delivery as soon as possible to ensure that your gift was still delivered, albeit late.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience and disappointment caused by this.

Mother's Day flowers turned up late

Ordered flowers on 23 Feb in good time for delivery on Mother's Day (lemon sorbet nothing like what there photo was) they never turned up until 2 days later. I never received a email, tex or phone call to apologise.. I have had no reply to the several emails that I have sent. The telephone number is not connecting. So I resorted to Facebook for a reply. Were I was blocked for telling a few home truths about this company STAY AWAY from this company even a one star rating is to high for them.

Flowers for Mothers Day did not look anything like online pictures

Ordered for Mothers day Lemon Sorbet Bouquet paid for Large bunch to be delivered on Mothers day, they arrived @ 4.15 pm bunch had 6 yellow roses and 4 tulips the rest was greenery, did not resemble what I had paid through the nose for, called their Customer Service number kept on hold over 15 mins(automated service too not as advertised) went onto live chat over 2 days no reply ended the chat after 8 minutes, then e-mailed picture and complaint given 2 customer ref numbers and still no reply, all I can say is keep away save your money I got a beautiful bunch from Aldi for £15.00 best flowers ever

HAD NO FLOWERS! I WANT A REFUND

I ordered some flowers for my mother in law as shes going through a bad time at the moment so i ordered some to cheer her up. Ordered on the 10th Feb for SAME DAY DELIVERY! its now the 12th FEB and no flowers have been delivered :(. I think its unacceptable to say you can do same day delivery if you cant do it! i ordered them before the cut off time as well! i paid £30.00 for these aswel that a lot for some flowers and you have taken the money from my bank too. Please i want a refund now as ive been waiting for these flowers even paid more for same day delivery what a waste would of been better to go tescos and bought some myself for the same price least i would of had them ! so refund please! my order number is UA1018996 NOT HAPPY! wish i read the reviews first what a joke!

Poor in the extreme

Flowers were wilting within a day and completely dead within a week. Contacted customer services both by phone and email. They offered to send another bouquet initially by email, then advised they needed pictures. Luckily I had pictures but I assume they hope most people haven't taken any. Sent the pictures by email, they claimed twice that the files hadn't been received, the email clearly showed as sent and files could be opened. Phoned and was fobbed off, no one ever got back to me as I was advised they would. Sent pics again via the ticket. Again offered another bunch, and a voucher to use them again. I refused and asked for a refund. They advise that its up to the florist what she wants to offer and I would have to make a formal complaint?? All further emails were met with a message that the email address was no longer manned, yet they had replied to me from it minutes before!
I have now raised a dispute through Paypal. Shocking service and they just delayed at every stage.

Poor customer service

Chose the funeral flowers I required. When I saw them I was gobsmacked. They looked like a supermarket bunch and not the 'spray' I ordered. Felt totally embarrassed. On contacting Iflorist I was told they could do nothing without a picture! It would have been wholly inappropriate for me to pull my camera out at such an emotive time!! A little further investigation and compassion and understanding would have been nicer!! Customer service? What customer service? After several emails to iflorist including one to the CEO I still have received nothing back. On Facebook they also promised to escalate the matter for me. They have not!! Do not purchase from here unless you can be sure to exactly which florist is responsible for your flowers.

UNRELIABLE, INCOMPETENT & RUDE!

Flowers, Bubbly, Chocolate and Card, DELIVERED A DAY LATE! Also, MESSAGE ON CARD LEFT BLANK!!! Recipient had no idea who sent them!! Phoned complaint to customer service who promised to get back to me and didn't. Phoned twice more but totally dismissed!!! Emailed three times and totally IGNORED. APPALLINGLY RUDE! Totally UNRELIABLE and INCOMPETENT.

First rate service and product.

I had not heard of this company until I needed to arrange flowers so be sent to my Aunt in Spain. Interflora were unable to offer what I required so I found Iflorist by chance. The ordering process was clear and straightforward and the flowers were absolutely beautiful. Will definitely use again.
