Iflorist 

Unfortunately I've had a bad experience. Flowers were ordered to be delivered on Saturday, on Saturday received an email from Hermes to say they would be delayed 48 hours so I knew they wouldn't arrive before Wednesday due to Sunday and the bank holiday. I called to complain and the florist explained they would send them via a local Florist but I would still get the initial delivery later in the week but they may be a little dead.Flowers delivered on Saturday were not what I requested and not worth the money. I emailed to complain but no response. I called on Wednesday having by then received the second bunch that day which were by then not fresh and lasted 2 days. They apologised and resent my order which was upgraded and arrived on the Thursday nearly a week after I ordered them.

I just want to say how disappointed both my self and family were in the flowers sent by your Wrexham location to my nephews funeral on Thursday April 2, 2015.


When we viewed them after the service I was both disgusted and embarrassed to have our names attached to the display.




The arrangement was small (definitely not 3ft that was ordered) wilted, hardly any purple flowers and the lilies were not open and limp.




The entire arrangement looked as though it was a week old. Definitely not like the picture in the confirmation email.




I live in Canada but am currently in the UK visiting family. My nephews death was very sudden and came as a great shock to all of us.

As you can appreciate this is a very sad time and the poor display of flowers only added to the situation.




After viewing several websites including the funeral directors [external reference] I had chosen IFlorist Wrexham based on the selection, the reviews and location. At this point in time I would not recommend your services.

I was very happy with the service.
These flowers were sent via an order from Canada to England.

My sister-in-law who is grieving phoned her son to say she received these beautiful flowers.

I knew by that I had chosen the right florist to carry this order out.

Sadly the flowers which my husband ordered for my birthday failed to appear on the day and when they were delivered the following day were not as fresh as the much cheaper £5 bunch of similar flowers which my son gave me ( also a day after my birthday !). Both bouquets had spray carnations, spray chrysanthemums and individual carnations. The only difference was the I-florist bouquet had a lily. The allocation of one star takes into account the late delivery, the condition of the flowers and the insinuation by delivery driver that it was somehow our fault that he could not find the house on the correct delivery day.

I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday. Unfortunately the courier service they used could not find the correct address or deliver, despite the address being correct. The customer service I received when I phoned was superb. They were sympathetic and tried to resolve the issue and issued a credit - and when on the second attempt the flowers were not delivered they arranged for flowers to be sent direct from a florist and the flowers were beautiful. Well handled - just let down by the courier company!

Lovely arrangement received in time for funeral.

I recently ordered some flowers to be delivered to a funeral directors for a friends funeral Iflorist were very professional from the start and delivered the flowewrs as requested,very happy with the service

I used Iforist to send a wrath for my aunts funeral. The flowers were good and arrived on time. But the message I send had several spelling mistakes despite the fact that all the florist needed to do was copy my typed message verbatim to get the correct spelling. Worst my message was continued on the reverse side of the care and was followed imediately, by the delivery details written in the same handwriting.
This was thoughtless and disrespectful to the bereaved family. The only reason I did not make a complaint was that the wrath went to my sister and not directly to the family and fortunately my sister caught mistake and replaced the card.

Beautiful flowers in a traditional wreath. Well presented and promptly delivered. Would definitely use again. Thank you for your service.

Good selection of colours and beautiful casket display

The display was everything I saw on the Internet in fact I thank it looked better then I through it would be the flower were lovely I am sure it will still be as good as it was on Tuesday to day

Flowers did not arrive, emailed iflorist twice still no response 3 days on.raised a ticket on their web site no response rang them this morning waiting for some one to get back to me..........strongly suggest you go elsewhere

Bouquet arrived the next day. Response:-
"There are Orange and Red Gerberas, Red Roses, Yellow Daisies and Blue Iris along with fresh greenery (from Angel's Florists in
South Windsor - not far from here) We used to sell Proteas and Waratahs to that shop and they always have nice fresh flowers."

The flowers that were sent were lovely (so says my friend) but they arrived late. I had ordered same day flowers, or so I thought. My screenshot of the 'order confirmed' page was timed at something just past one, but customer services say they have it timed at after 2pm which meant it got shelved till the next day. She did offer me a voucher, which I declined.

I had a lot of trouble getting through to iFlorist to discuss this, since I had checked out as a guest. The email address in the contacts link was out of date and redirected me to a page to file a support ticket, but since I wasn't a registered user, I couldn't do so. The site refused to accept that the email I entered was in fact the one which sent the order, despite the fact that it is the same email to which they sent the confirmation email! I tried several times to register (the ticket page said I could register and then file a ticket, and I thought that if I did so it might recognise my email address) but after trying using two different two browsers, I gave up and phoned instead. After filling in my email and password several times to register - and checking them carefully - I was unable to proceed past this point because the button to confirm those details simply caused the page to refresh and empty the boxes. I tried Firefox and Safari.

Good efficient service

Have used iflorist many times and really pleased every time. Great flowers again, delivered on the day requested at a good price!

Easy to order, delivered on time and kept informed of delivery. Would definitely use this company again.

Have just returned from the funeral and I have to say that the flowers from iflorist were absolutely beautiful. They looked fresh and vibrant, much better than the picture. Will definately use this florist in future. Thankyou.
