Been using See Electrical for a few years now and am totally satisfied with the features and performance. The customer support from IGE+XAO has been excellent.

product does not work, waste of money

The good.
Easy to use when working
Auto connections
Auto reference points
Ability to use dwg files and edit
Ownership/ not a license

The bad.
Overpriced even with discount
Maintenance fee is like a license. Also only expect updates with this. The support number is a voicemail 85% of the time.
Tons of premade equipment, except the ones you need. No really, there's a powerflex 4 and 525. They skipped all the rest.
Good luck figuring out what package you need.
Advanced lets you pull multiple dwg files, by making you click every single one(holding ctrl doesn't work). Let that one sink in.
Training is an arm and leg.

I purchased this software on recommendations from a contractor we use. I find it a very easy to learn and the support you receive from IGE+XAO is outstanding.
The staff are so helpful and always on the phone.
Forget using other packages buy the best. SEE ELECTRICAL.

I am just going through the training with trial version, as of now my experience is very good & I feel this tool is more user friendly with almost all the aspects. Still I am going through the training & exploring the features, I have some questions but I don't know how to reach you for technical questions. Please let me know how this can be resolves.

Found the product good & once i understood how to create various components & database item it is becoming very user friendly
The only issue i have so far is there is a Example project: Spare terminal not in grafic
the terminal layout is a great idea but its in my examples but not in my version of the software which is standard , i'm a bit disappointed about this as its a good feature but apparantly only in the advanced which i can't justify the expense of. why can't i just bur modules of extra features ?

I can only comment on the UK operation. Customer focused, responsive and providing an excellent service overall. From a product perspective (SeeElectrical advanced with 2D cabinet, 3D panel+ and Intelligent PDF modules) it is a good product and it is continually improving. I look forward to the addition of .AML functionality so the product can be more tightly integrated with some automation applications.

Your software is already amazing but also your after sales services really good

We do understand that it would be impossible to include all types of product in one package but we would appreciate a clearer description of what are included or excluded.
We have found that we do not have some essential components about Schneider products and we may be obliged to buy the catalog for another sum of money.

I have to type 10

I received a 5 days course on See Electrical Expert from Mr. Hueso.
SEE is not an easy program and 5 days are clearly noy enough.
But Mr Hueso managed to give us a good introductory view of this powerfull tool.
