I am elderly I've booked many times with iglu and always had a positive experience. This time I tried to explain that we always book under my husband em. but now we use mine could they check if we have any loyalty offers was totally dismissed without explanation. Was talked over and a little patronising was going on, made me feel uncomfortable.
